Incredibly fast and successful sale of my house in Eindhoven. Thanks to Sjors and Ilona for the good service. Very happy with the result and the process.

Approximately two years ago I purchased a new-build apartment (project De Vlinder in Eindhoven) through this real estate agent. Lotte van H. helped me at the time. Her communication was appalling. She provided everyone with a misleading delivery date. Furthermore, she forgot that we had an appointment to ultimately give our agreement for the apartment. She also thought I was an expat, based on my name, despite the fact that my cover letter was written in Dutch. This was immediately confirmation that she hadn't bothered to read the letter. All in all, not professional, reliable and negligent. I doubt Ms. has done any work regarding the substantive tasks she should perform as a (sales) real estate agent.

Google describes the 1-star rating as terrible. Van Santvoort makelaars could not have described it more aptly! They acted like a cowboy in realtor land by accepting and exploiting an offer from another party during negotiations. Okay, it may be allowed according to Dutch law (since there is no legal prohibition), but something like the unwritten rule among NVM realtors that this should not be done is clearly ignored by Van Santvoort makelaars. Where is the decency? Be warned potential buyers, the advice was already to never blindly trust a realtor (not being transparent is part of their profession), but the firm Van Santvoort is truly the ultimate, the epitome of being disadvantaged. Oh well, as long as the seller is happy...

I can wholeheartedly recommend Van Santvoort to everyone. Good market insight, quick sales and accessible. Also available after the sale for questions and/or advice.

Good service and a friendly welcome. I just don't find the location and parking options so ideal.

No customer focus, there is no two-way communication. The agency is unwilling to give you information when you need it. Sounds a bit arrogant. You cannot view the apartment before paying the deposit and monthly rent.

Nice, accessible approach. Different departments give advice independently of each other. That's good.

Rental department: They ask for a huge amount of documentation just to register as an interested party in a property. Think bank statements, passports, payslips, BKR registration, etc. All this to possibly schedule a viewing (so really before you are even considered). Then there is zero communication. You simply hear nothing for weeks and ultimately it turns out the property has been rented. No idea what they do with your documents, no idea if you are even being considered for a viewing, just absolutely nothing. When you call, the rental agent is never available. Several times colleagues have promised that the rental agent would call back, but I was never called back. I understand it might be busy, but this is scandalous. I lay out my complete financial situation with them and they can't even make a phone call or send an email.

Extremely poor communication and 0 customer service. Indifferent and unreliable. Multiple times not treated kindly on the phone. They don't think with you, but hide behind all the rules.

I completely agree with Dirk - zero professionalism and customer friendliness. They are very good at hiding behind all the rules and conditions. I know which real estate company to avoid in this region next time.

Second time experiencing this company. Moderately informed staff, selling an apartment that seems illegally rented and not making enough effort to resolve existing defects. My advice: stay away and look for another one. Answering the phone also proves difficult.

Helped us very nicely

I did not receive my deposit back after the contract for the short-stay apartment ended. She wrongfully withheld and charged many things. Although the apartment contract states that everything is included for gas, utilities, and internet, she charged me too much for gas after the contract ended without providing any proof. She also charged me waste disposal fees without any documentation, while I pay this to the municipality of Eindhoven. I am preparing to seek legal advice on how to deal with this. I don't understand why she is lying to me. And now I’m discovering that she is scamming people, as evidenced by the reviews here.

Don't go there. She hasn't refunded my deposit, even though everything is clearly stated in the contract. I am taking her to court at the end of this month, although it will take a year to find a solution there, but let her taste her own medicine. I advise everyone to do the same or contact me and I will connect you with my lawyer. I informed her more than 14 days in advance, as stated in the signed contract, and she is lying in her answer below. All documents are available, all documents. I can share the name of my lawyer and the plan with you, along with everyone who approaches me, along with her tricks. Shame on you for lying and refusing to return the money, even though I have been very kind to her. Documents and paperwork do not lie. Please change the name of your office to Pinocchio Realestate agent. I cannot confirm or deny it, but I feel that she is prejudiced (I don't want to use the R-word) against foreigners. It’s up to you to experience it. But this is how I felt: I was treated as if I didn't understand and as a second-class person in business.

The realtor was very unprofessional and also lied a lot to sell the property. You cannot trust her words. It's a big NO, I have never encountered anyone like her in the Netherlands.

This is the worst type of building manager that exists. The building's garage door broke and several cars were trapped inside. When it was first reported, they did nothing but have the tenants buy new remotes, stating that this was likely the cause of the problem. Then it took a month (a whole month!!?) to find a repair company. How can a building manager not quickly select a list of service/maintenance companies? If they had actually gone to the garage, they could easily have found out which company was responsible, as that is in the garage door opener module. Then another two months of excuses started, beginning with: 'oh, the repair company is coming today', 'oh, they didn't have the right tools to solve the problem' and so on go the excuses. The problem has not been resolved for three and a half months. And to make matters worse, they continue to charge each tenant €-€ per month for the parking garage, even though it is unavailable to anyone. An absolutely shameless and ignorant company.

Switched to BFM a year ago. A breath of fresh air compared to the previous manager! Meetings are professionally facilitated, the service desk forwards damage reports to the responsible party. Communication is pleasant.

We have been working with our HOA in collaboration with Bfm for years to full satisfaction.

This company has been the VVE administrator of the building where we rent out an apartment for several years now. I have dealt with multiple VVE administrators in recent years, but the quality of this company is frankly poor. A whole list of reports has already been submitted and not a single report has been resolved properly, and communication is very bad. Even when a notification isn't followed up on in the portal, they can’t help you if you call; then you have to send an email. If you are faced with the choice of selecting a company to be your VVE administrator, I would not choose this one, and if I look at the reviews, I am not the only one. First impression

Communication is terrible! A friend of mine has been chasing the party for months already. Attempting contact is useless because they do nothing. Mold growth apparently isn't important enough to them, even though it severely damages the health of all residents! Point-less company.

I experience BFM as very knowledgeable and punctual, with a high degree of professionalism. VVE meetings are always excellently facilitated and problems in our complex are always resolved quickly and accurately.

We would especially like to thank Simone for helping us find a new home. Simone did everything possible to help us as well as possible and find a new apartment as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process, I felt like a person and not a number. Regio56 operates professionally and is definitely recommended.

Regio56 appears to systematically exceed the legally stipulated processing deadlines for settlement service costs and return of security deposits. When contacted to inquire about when reconciliation and payment can be expected, adherence to this response is also not maintained.

Unfriendly and unprofessional. As a former tenant, I have contacted them multiple times in their role as an intermediary. Each time, there was a lack of helpfulness. Regio56's response comes from the owner of Regio56, therefore I am also addressing you as the owner. My assessment is based on the lack of helpfulness and does not relate to the actual renting of a property from the landlord, as discussed by telephone.

I am very satisfied with the professional conduct of Regio56. Appointments are kept properly, they think along with practical solutions and people are proactive in communication. All in all, I have great confidence in the people of Regio56 and I would recommend them to everyone.

I am satisfied with my latest experience with Regio56: I rent one of their apartments and I had a problem with my heating on Christmas. I called their emergency number and the problem was resolved quickly. Well done!

This is the absolute worst and most unreliable real estate agency ever! My recommendation? DO NOT do business with them. Schedule viewings, hear nothing back, and then you're told it's rented out. Really nasty tricks and not straightforward regarding appointments and keeping promises.

Soon my friend and I are going to rent a studio in the apartment complex The Wall. This thanks to region 56 and with that, great thanks to Sanne who helped us super well with everything. Which also meant everything was arranged quickly. Thanks!
