We appreciated the courtesy and availability, but found the substantive guidance, information provision at crucial points and moments in the process to be inadequate. Even afterwards, when defects came to light, we felt insufficiently supported. When discussing these shortcomings in the delivered service, we noticed little reflective capacity. We have the feeling that our interests did not take precedence.
