The real estate agent we had chosen, Mr. Smit, turned out to have a full schedule. The viewing and handling could not be done by himself but had to be taken over by his colleague. Very regrettable. We missed the personal contact and we had to do everything ourselves. Given the high fee he asked for, we were quite disappointed in the guidance.
