Vorige week stond er een bezichtiging op de planning. Toen wij aan kwamen bij het huis was er nog geen makelaar te bekennen. We hebben staan wachten tot er een auto aan kwam rijden. Dit leek de makelaar te zijn, maar hij was nog druk aan het bellen en liet ons weer wachten. Met uitstappen zei hij 'oh jullie zijn er al'. Geen excuses omdat hij te laat was o.i.d. Bezichtiging ging verder wel prima. Omdat mijn man niet mee kon, stond er voor vandaag een tweede bezichtiging gepland. Een uur voor de afspraak werden we gebeld of we wat later konden konden, want er waren nog mensen voor ons. Prima, we kwamen wat later. Toen we aan kwamen waren de andere kijkers er nog, en toen hun richting de auto liepen zijn wij uitgestapt, en richting de makelaar gelopen. Die draaide zich, zonder ons te erkennen, om en ging staan bellen. We vonden dit erg bijzonder. Omdat ik het huis al bekeken had wist ik wat ik mijn man graag wilde laten zien aan de buitenkant van het huis, dus zijn we zelf maar even een rondje gaan lopen. Toen we terug kwamen stond de makelaar nog steeds te bellen, met zijn rug naar ons toe. Omdat mijn man niet heel erg blij werd van een aantal dingen aan de buitenkant van het huis, besloten we dat we wel konden gaan. De makelaar had nog steeds geen aandacht voor ons, dus we zijn in de auto gestapt en zijn weer naar huis gegaan. Ik heb in de auto het kantoor wel even gebeld, om te melden wat er gebeurd was, en waarom we dus weg zijn gereden. Ik weet dat er genoeg kijkers zijn voor een huis, maar zo ga je gewoon niet om met potentiële kopers. Ik ben echt teleurgesteld in deze makelaar, en vind het gewoon respectloos hoe hij met ons om is gegaan.

Nuchter, objectief, deskundig en oprecht! Mochten we nog weer eens Makelaar zoeken gaan we zeker weer naar Uni Makelaardij! Martin en collega’s bedankt.
