1 ster is nog teveel. In opdracht van de NAM heeft Verver Jet Winters mijn woonboerderij getaxeerd. Hiervoor kreeg Jet Winters van de NAM 4500,= voor de taxatie, dat is ongeveer het 10 voudige wat toen gebruikelijk was. In 2023 heb ik voor een taxatie van mijn vrijstaande woning 450,= euro betaald en in 2026 500,= euro. Al met al ben ik toen voor bijna 300.000 euro benadeeld. Een volledig verbouwde woonboerderij met energielabel . A werd vergeleken met on verbouwde woonboerderijen met energielabel F U mag zelf bepalen of dit allemaal wel volgens de regels is gegaan. Als ex Register Makelaar Taxateur is het voor mij duidelijk, de taxatie rammelt aan alle kanten. Hier is een mooie taak weggelegd voor het Openbaar Ministerie
