Was zeer prettig samenwerken met dit kantoor. Afspraken werden goed nagekomen. Tijdens de bezichtiging elke dag een uitgebreiden samenvatting van de bezichtigingen. Snel verkocht voor de voorspelden prijs.
We hebben ons huis snel verkocht en zijn erg tevreden over de wijze waarop het hele proces verlopen is! Tanja heeft ons vanaf het begin af aan heel kundig bijgestaan. De communicatie verliep soepel en plezierig. Ik zou haar zeker aanraden als makelaar!
It was a difficult sales process due to specific characteristics, but Tanja proved to be persistent and also correctly assessed and advised on the asking/selling price. So in the end, it turned out as estimated. Tanja, it proved to be a challenging sale but you did it top. Thanks!
Good advice regarding asking price, styling, photography etc. Professional preparation and dossier compilation resulting in a seamless sales process and the buyer and purchasing real estate agent being fully informed and documented.
During the first contact, there was mutual understanding regarding my wishes and the approach of the real estate agent. Therefore, I completed the entire sales process with Tanja. In all phases, she has excellently guided me. She was familiar with the apartment complex where I lived at that time and has placed an attractive sales text with truthful photos on Funda. This has led to a quick sale.
Tanja thinks along well and takes action when needed. She is also available for you outside of working hours if necessary. She patiently thought along with us and searched together with us until we found the right house that really fits us.
