On the advice of knowledge, we have nevertheless taken another route and ended up at CDB Real Estate. The first introduction was already good. Owner Charles is clear, secure and has his own way of buying and selling. Buying or selling a house quickly isn't his thing. Making sure everything is correct, doing thorough research and working securely prevents any later issues about anything. Ultimately it's about a lot of money and you can only make the deal once.
