I am very disappointed. These people are not reliable. My landlord, or perhaps this agency, has stolen a lot of money from me. Firstly, there was no landlord's number available to call or contact. Every time I called Nick or his colleagues, they told me that they were not responsible while I signed the contract with them. I bought a new house and had to leave my apartment earlier. I informed them three months in advance. They told me that the landlord would fine me hundred. This is contrary to Dutch rules. Don't trust it then

Professional and reliable real estate agents. Even though my rental offer was rejected by the landlord, both Nick and Nathalie were very kind and advised in a professional manner. My deposit was refunded on time.

Responsible and reliable In June, I participated in a property viewing with Centraal Makelaardij, for which I transferred hundreds of euros as a deposit. Unfortunately, I was not selected by the landlord, the broker said they had transferred the deposit back to me, but I have received nothing. I initially thought it was fraud, but later it turned out that it was due to my bank. The office had made the transfer, but the money got stuck somewhere in between. Rene, the broker from Centraal Makelaardij communicated many times with his bank and with me; he accompanied me to the ING bank in Haarlem to investigate where the money had gone. As I am an expat and recently graduated, he even suggested lending me hundreds of euros if I had financial problems. Ultimately, after two months of arguing with the bank, I got my money back. There are too many complications, but precisely because of this it has become clear that Centraal Makelaardij is a very responsible and reliable real estate agency. 👍👍

My girlfriend and I had a very good experience with Centraal Makelaardij. Very professional, quickly available. We rented an apartment for 3 years and we were happy from the moment we received the keys until we returned them. Of course, our landlord also helped, but I must say that the team at Centraal Makelaardij was always responsive and helpful. After reading some reviews, we were afraid of the deposit, but honestly, I think those who don't get their deposit back don't deserve it. There are many people who are irresponsible. Thank you

Very unprofessional company. If you are looking for a home and appear to be a candidate, everything seems nice and well organized. (apart from the fact that I received an extremely unhygienic property, and had to clean it intensively for three days to make it habitable). But when you subsequently leave the property, there is no response to emails and calls are not answered. Contact has been made multiple times. An amount for 'administration' has been unilaterally deducted from my deposit (500 euros!) and now they are of course unreachable again by email or phone. Really don’t start with them is my only advice!
