After some searching, we ended up at Cirkel. The initial phone call was very pleasant; all the info about buying a house was explained briefly and concisely. We started viewing properties fairly quickly, and this is where Bas and Jan really can show their knowledge. Every house we viewed with Bas, he knew all the facts. Often much more than the selling broker, which was sometimes even embarrassing to see. Bas could tell everything about the houses themselves, the history, the ground, the condition, the construction, and so on. As a novice, it’s enormously nice to have someone with so much knowledge by your side. After many viewings, we bought a house. Even during this procedure, we were guided very well. My girlfriend and I were in a WhatsApp group where we could simply ask questions even on weekends, and they were almost immediately answered.
