It's very disappointing how unprofessionally I was treated during the process of wanting to buy a maisonnettewoning. After the viewing, I tried to contact them three times, both by phone and email. Each time I was told that I would be called back as soon as possible. After waiting for four weeks, I was finally called back, only to hear that my offer had to be discussed with the seller. Since then, I have heard nothing more from the real estate agent. It's really a shame and very unprofessional, if I may say so myself. I would have liked to hear whether there were any other options.

Unfortunately, very bad experiences with this office. Stefan van Steijn initially seemed like an honest man who understood the subject matter well. For us, the delivery date was essential when purchasing our new-build house. Stefan assured us that - taking into account delays within the construction sector - our house would certainly be ready by a certain date. He also communicated this to the other residents of the project. He later denied this, of course. Our home was not completed more than a year later with all the financial consequences that entailed. The office works together with Scheffer Verzekeringen where Joyce Kortekaas works. Stefan advised me and my new neighbors to seek advice from Joyce for an independent mortgage consultation. We did so. Only later did we find out that Stefan and Joyce are married! The independence can then be questioned. In any case, this should have been mentioned at the very least. Due to the much later delivery date, our interest on the building deposit expired. Different banks have different terms. We were never made aware of this. In short, dissatisfied and financially disadvantaged.

The first conversation with Stefan went very well. During our initial meeting, he listened carefully to our wishes and responded to them appropriately. Subsequently, he set up a search based on our wishes and sent us almost daily a list of new houses that met our requirements. Moreover, all our viewings were very pleasant and were very informative.
