Don't waste your money and time on this place. They are amateurs in this business when it comes to finding the right data source. They don't have the right neighborhood information, how can they determine a reasonable market value. They also don't listen to your arguments and facts, they ignore everything that doesn't benefit their decisions. Avoid this for your own good.
