Don't go into business with this realtor! Dishonest company. Luckily, we had photos that clearly showed the damage. If this realtor doesn't get their houses rented out quickly, they will resort to shady practices. So be sure to take your own photos of everything before entering into an agreement with the realtor!

If only all rental agents were like Koops! Very pleasant and clear communication, friendly staff, and always helpful. Unfortunately, the management of our property was taken over by another agent (who, unlike Koops, does nothing and communicates very poorly) so that Koops is no longer responsible. Nevertheless, Koops still goes out of their way to help us (credits to Chantal).

Last year I rented an apartment through Koops and there was recently some uncertainty with the landlord. Koops was incredibly helpful, quick and friendly in their response to the situation! I probably irritated them with the amount of phone calls and questions, but they were always helpful and patient! I want to give Bianca a shout-out, she is very kind and friendly. This real estate agency is incredibly unreliable and offers a terrible service level. Despite an initial phone call with realtor Bianca, in which she promised to contact me by email, I never received a response. Multiple attempts to reach her yielded nothing. Their lack of communication and disregard for the needs of clients are unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing this office and recommend seeking help elsewhere.

You don't say to your customers: 'You are the one who has to rent, not us' while they are trying to arrange their availability for online applications. That is a very unfriendly and cold attitude.

Na mijn eerste beoordeling drong het bureau erop aan dat ik het zou veranderen, dus hier komt het: - Niet de beste ervaring - Vriendelijke service gedurende de huurperiode en ondersteuning in het begin met de registratie. Dat hing echter af van met wie je te maken had (Stephanie was niet erg behulpzaam of vriendelijk, Alex was geweldig en erg behulpzaam). - Er waren wat problemen met de planning van het inchecken en het ophalen van de sleutels, omdat we allebei uit het buitenland kwamen. Daardoor was later inchecken op de dag/avond niet mogelijk (wat logisch zou zijn voor iemand die zich richt op expats). - Het inchecken was niet erg gedetailleerd vergeleken met het uitchecken. Daardoor waren er aan het einde wat problemen waarvoor we moesten betalen, omdat ze niet wisten of dat vóór de verhuizing hetzelfde was. - Het terugbetalen van de borg duurde vrij lang. We hebben een deel ervan nu ontvangen, maar wachten nog op informatie over de rest (we zijn begin juli verhuisd). - Ik weet niet zeker of ik het zou aanraden
