Don't go into business with this realtor! Dishonest company. Luckily, we had photos that clearly showed the damage. If this realtor doesn't get their houses rented out quickly, they will resort to shady practices. So be sure to take your own photos of everything before entering into an agreement with the realtor!

After my first review, the agency insisted that I change it, so here it is: - Not the best experience - Friendly service during the rental period and support at the beginning with registration. However, this depended on who you had to deal with (Stephanie was not very helpful or friendly, Alex was great and very helpful). - There were some issues with the check-in scheduling and picking up the keys, because we both came from abroad. As a result, checking in later on the day/night was not possible (which would be logical for someone who focuses on expats). - The check-in was not very detailed compared to the checkout. As a result, there were some issues at the end for which we had to pay, because they did not know if that was the same before the move. - The refund of the deposit took quite a long time. We have received part of it now, but are still waiting for information about the rest (we moved in early July). - I am not sure if I would recommend it.
