WORST experience with Koops Haarlem. After our checkout, they charged us 400 € for cleaning costs of eleven hours for a few spots that we had missed when cleaning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want to rent - you are scammers.

Don't go into business with this realtor! Dishonest company. Luckily, we had photos that clearly showed the damage. If this realtor doesn't get their houses rented out quickly, they will resort to shady practices. So be sure to take your own photos of everything before entering into an agreement with the realtor!

If only all rental agents were like Koops! Very pleasant and clear communication, friendly staff, and always helpful. Unfortunately, the management of our property was taken over by another agent (who, unlike Koops, does nothing and communicates very poorly) so that Koops is no longer responsible. Nevertheless, Koops still goes out of their way to help us (credits to Chantal).

Last year I rented an apartment through Koops and there was recently some uncertainty with the landlord. Koops was incredibly helpful, quick and friendly in their response to the situation! I probably irritated them with the amount of phone calls and questions, but they were always helpful and patient! I want to give Bianca a shout-out, she is very kind and friendly. This real estate agency is incredibly unreliable and offers a terrible service level. Despite an initial phone call with realtor Bianca, in which she promised to contact me by email, I never received a response. Multiple attempts to reach her yielded nothing. Their lack of communication and disregard for the needs of clients are unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing this office and recommend seeking help elsewhere.

A real recommendation!!! They are fast and helpful, everything is clear and they take the time to explain everything, show it, communicate and answer all questions about the property. The house was also perfect! Cleaned and with a welcome letter with tips, for example how to register or change your address. Bianca Jamoel was the one who helped me during the entire rental process and I can wholeheartedly recommend her for anything related to renting or buying.

You don't say to your customers: 'You are the one who has to rent, not us' while they are trying to arrange their availability for online applications. That is a very unfriendly and cold attitude.

Very professional service. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a property to rent.

The worst realtor service I have ever had. While we took the homeowner’s side when he tried to unfairly reduce our deposit (he couldn’t do that in the end because we proved we hadn't damaged the house at all), we realized that the homeowner and the responsible realtor were family members. It was therefore a very unpleasant, unfair experience. If you really want to work with Koops, you must report every small piece of damage to the house, including photos. Otherwise they will try to take all your money, especially if you are not Dutch.

So after my first review, the agency encouraged me to change it, so here it is: - Not the best experience - Friendly service throughout the rental period and support at the beginning during registration. However, that depended on who you dealt with (Stephanie not very supportive or friendly, Alex great and very helpful). - There were some scheduling problems regarding check-in and key pick-up, as we both came from abroad. Later check-in during the day/evening was therefore not possible (which would be logical for someone targeting expats). - Check-in wasn't super detailed compared to check-out. Therefore, there were a few issues at the end for which we had to pay because they didn’t know if that was the same before the move. - Getting the deposit back took quite a long time; we have part of it now but are still waiting for information on the rest (we moved in early July) - I'm not sure if I would recommend it
