We are contacting this company because we are moving from Lyon, France to Amsterdam, Netherlands and we are looking for accommodation. They ask us for various documents, which is normal. We provide them, a week later no response. We contact them and there they tell us to our greatest surprise that we need to send them the links of the properties that interest us. So in the process that we send them, a week passes without news. We follow up with the specification that we are going to compete because we only have one month left and there It is astonishing, they tell us that they have 2 sick people and that we need to look elsewhere. I leave it to you to assess the reliability of this company.

Hello, If you are looking for a nice apartment/studio/room, I advise you to call Jan Rico. I needed a place as quickly as possible and he made sure that I could view a studio in Haarlem within 4 hours and find an agreement to move in 2 days later. Very fast, reliable and trustworthy real estate agent, good help especially if you are short on time. Janrico and Nick have been extremely helpful! They are patient and attentive. They helped us find a house without us being in the Netherlands - which is extremely rare, but they saved the day. They went to viewings on our behalf, sent us videos and photos until we found a house we liked. We sent them a large sum of money without ever having seen them, to pay the deposit for the house, they were super correct and honest. After we had moved, they helped us with all our contracts (water, electricity, etc.). I cannot stress enough how much they have helped. Since we don't know anyone there, they made this whole process so much easier. Moving to another country is a hassle in itself, but they did everything possible to make it as easy as possible. Thanks for everything, guys!
