We contacted this company because we were moving from Lyon, France, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, and looking for accommodation. They asked us for various documents, which is normal, and we provided those as well. A week later, without a response, we contacted them again. To our great surprise, they told us that we had to send them the links to the properties that interested us. We sent those immediately. A week passed without news. We contacted them again and indicated that we would place them in the competition, as we only had one month left. To our surprise, they told us that they had two sick people and that we should look elsewhere. I leave it up to you to assess the reliability of this company.

Hello, If you are looking for a nice apartment/studio/room, I advise you to call Jan Rico. I needed a place as quickly as possible and he made sure that I could view a studio in Haarlem within 4 hours and find an agreement to move in 2 days later. Very fast, reliable and trustworthy real estate agent, good help especially if you are short on time. Janrico and Nick have been extremely helpful! They were patient and attentive. They helped us find a house without us being in the Netherlands - which is extremely rare, but they managed to get it done. They went on viewings on our behalf and sent us videos and photos until we found a house that we liked. We transferred them a large amount without ever having seen them, to pay the deposit for the house. They were super correct and honest. After we moved in, they helped us with all our contracts (water, electricity, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how much they helped us, since we know no one there, they made this whole process much easier. Moving to another country is a hassle in itself, but they made sure it was as easy as possible. Thanks for everything, guys!
