I advise against working with Sean Cooper. It took him several months to sell my property in a very competitive market, resulting in a loss of € 35,000. Despite the poor outcome, he still collected his full commission of € 6,000. The communication throughout the entire transaction was frustrating and involved long, rambling phone calls that left me more exhausted than informed. Updates were slow and I often had to chase after things to get clarity or action. If you are looking for a realtor who is strategic and efficient and truly has your best interests at heart, I would look elsewhere.
