Strongly recommended! We worked with Nick, an absolute gem. He made the process as easy and stress-free as possible for us. Nick listened carefully to our requirements and link after link he sent homes that somehow met these requirements. I felt that our needs were being heard and that we received houses based on this - I mention this because friends of ours worked with another real estate agent who seemed to ignore their requirements so much that they had to search for places themselves. We ourselves were searching for a month without any prospects and within 2 weeks after working with Nick, we had a handful of great options and even made an offer on a place that Nick skillfully navigated to get us to win the bid! He gave good advice and helped us to bid within our possibilities. Furthermore, Nick answered MANY questions that we had throughout the process until the day of the delivery deed. He responded to messages on weekends and kept us updated/helped us with information when he knew we were waiting for feedback with anticipation during the process. Nick also maintained close contact with our mortgage advisors (Independent Expat Finance - check their Google reviews, they were just as good!) Which meant less work for us and a smoother and less stressful process for us. I cannot recommend Nick and his team enough. He made this process so easy and with his sense of humor, quick communication and results-oriented attitude we felt well taken care of. We used Your Dutch Home to buy our house in the Netherlands. Because he doesn't speak Dutch as a native language and isn't familiar with the purchasing system, he helped us through the entire buying process. We had video calls and then attended the second viewing of the property we wanted to bid on together. He also contacted other people involved in the process such as the notary, seller's agents, and for the inspection report; explaining everything to us when needed and sending reminders. Also able to recommend a mortgage advisor when we were having trouble with that. All in all, a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again if we wanted to move!
