What started as an informal conversation ended up being a whirlwind. Two weeks after we had an informal conversation about selling our house, we found our new home on funda. Poor communication and a lack of solution-oriented approach. Our appointment was allegedly cancelled, but I never received an email about this at the usual email address where all contact took place, including the appointment confirmation. It was also claimed that an SMS had been sent, but it cannot be found anywhere. When I expressed my disappointment to Omid and tried to find out where things went wrong, I was told they didn't want to investigate this and that I was simply unlucky. No effort to find a solution. Very disappointing experience, absolutely not recommended!
