Have landlords not said that the place isn't clean?

I rented a room through these guys, 5 weeks after I moved in. The roof started leaking. Initially, I was told they wouldn't solve the problem. When I indicated that I would be leaving, I was told the roof would be repaired next week. It took more than a month before I received my notice period and was asked to leave. 6 weeks after I had left, I received an email stating that I would not get my deposit back because they FOUND A BOX with my name on it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not recommended! Not reliable! Real estate don't-stop shop: tried several times since 2017, but unfortunately their service consistently disappoints.

Terrible company, getting an appraisal done at this company took forever to ultimately receive a sloppy copy. And when you call the appraiser, you don't get answers to your questions.
