This is a very nice agency, especially focused on new construction projects. I had a conversation with one of the employees, Mirjam Diephius, and she was incredibly kind and patient. Because I don't speak Dutch well, she took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail to me, even line by line through the contract. Regarding people, there's not much wrong with this company. I genuinely believe they do their best and try to make it work well for both sides. It just doesn't really succeed due to the shady real estate companies they work with. If I were SENSE, I wouldn't want anything to do with a Verwey Vastgoed. Incidentally, there have also been promises made by SENSE that haven't been kept. I think they don't really dare to go against Verwey and, for example, point out that they are not fulfilling their own promises. Pontsteiger is a beautiful project, but if the people who manage it now remain in place, it will flop. Dissatisfied people will increase and ultimately no longer want to rent.

Despite the good first impression, they did not deliver the promised offer within the agreed timeframe – without any feedback or explanation.
