He never pushed anything on us. Despite it being a previously agreed amount. He helped us top-notch. And didn't quickly talk us into something to earn his money that way. So, in short. A top realtor who really knows what he's talking about. The contact was pleasant and personal from the beginning. He truly gives you the feeling that your interest is his interest. But he also doesn't lose sight of the interests of all parties involved, both when buying and selling, being treated fairly and informed by him. He finds it important to really promote his profession. That’s why he also teaches real estate in addition to practicing as a realtor – this says a lot about his character, in my opinion. Top realtor! I bought my apartment in Groningen with Michael and sold it again 4 years later. Both the purchase and sale went perfectly! During the purchase, Michael prevented me from making mistakes and fully earned his fee. During the sale, we maintained very short lines of communication and Michael guided me from A to Z. They say they will arrange it but then they don't. (multiple times) They also do not call or email back. Although they promise to. After many phone calls and emails from my side, the only reaction after almost 8 months of threatening with a bailiff was truly unbelievable. What a bunch of incompetents at the office in Groningen. Luckily there are better companies in Groningen.

Good company, they are happy to think along with you and try to help you as well as possible. Everything is also explained in plain language so that it is understandable.

Unfortunately, no stars for this worthless group of people. They've never heard of communication. And furthermore, it’s truly all trickery and deceit. And making an appointment is impossible because they are always somewhere else or at a different time. My advice: never do business with these people; it seems nice in the first conversation, but then the misery begins. I rented a building from them for a lot of money. I received the guarantee that everything would function, but everything was closed due to bankruptcy. Poor (read none) external communication, and internally the same, even had an argument on the phone with a lady who works there about one of her colleagues Job, who she says is called Joop, however important that may be. I hear from real estate agents in the city that Finesse operates at the edge of the market, and the stories I mentioned are common knowledge. Meanwhile, the location has another owner, and they haven't communicated anything about that either. So DO NOT do business with them. There were 2 A4 sheets with defects where nothing was done about it. Moreover, the installation company doesn’t want to come anymore because Finesse hasn’t paid the bill.

Honest sales broker, can quickly switch and respond quickly

Bad experience recently. They do not respond to messages via the contact form on their website. Furthermore, I was spoken to very unprofessionally on the phone (giggling about interest in a very popular house, which felt very belittling) and our offer was dismissed with what felt like a fabricated 'rule'. A strong impression that they obtain their money/commission through unfair means.

Broker is undiplomatic, blunt, poorly informed and has a double agenda!

Unfortunately, we have had several bad experiences with this office. Some time ago, when interested in a property, we were spoken to very unfriendly and unprofessionally by Mr. Pater over the phone. Later, when interested in other properties, there was no response whatsoever. In our opinion, a very unprofessional real estate agent.

Jan fantastically guided the entire sales process. Clear communication about the sales strategy and progress of the viewings. He is clearly well informed about the local housing market and potential buyers (his prediction of the number of viewings and bids was exactly right). The guidance and service during the transfer and further settlement were also very pleasant. Particularly satisfied.

Contact: prima. 2 minpuntjes : Due to the broker’s enormous experience and what that means is very common for him, he unfortunately ‘forgot’ to inform us about the findings of viewers who had been there. Had to contact them regarding the result itself. A pity, because we were quite tense! Did expect feedback. Did apologize for this. Also: a 'sold' sign was placed in the garden without our knowledge. The house was for sale for months: how nice would it have been for us…
