The ladies from Meierij Makelaardij took a lot of searching work off my hands and provided me with good and honest advice; they recommended houses, but also advised against them. The guidance of Minouk during the viewings I also experienced as very pleasant. It's nice to have an experienced buyer's agent here, because she certainly had questions and comments that I had missed. After the fourth viewing it was a hit for me and we were also able to find a nice home in this time after a number of months. Bad appraiser: was allowed to perform a valuation of a house rented (under agreement). Apart from the fact that he was 25 minutes late (he lives about 15 minutes away), the report stated: 'this valuation assumes that the property is not rented and immediately available. The errors in the report also show a very sloppy attitude: 'the bathroom has a bathroom' (the funniest mistake, the rest is enough to make you cry). Proof available upon request.
