Ik ben door Marike écht met menselijke maat snel en flexibel ondersteunt bij het vinden van mijn woning. Deze werkwijze kom je weinig tegen binnen deze markt.

Marike weet met haar nuchtere, warme persoonlijkheid het huis zo te verkopen dat je er zelf eigenlijk (bijna) niet meer weg wilt. Ben je op zoek naar iemand die het beste met je voor heeft, waar je mee kunt lachen en haar zaakjes tip-top in orde heeft? Zoek niet verder, Marike is jouw makelaar!

Marieke is professioneel en goed op de hoogte van de woningmarkt. Bovendien is ze aardig en ze staat gedurende het hele proces altijd voor je klaar! De combi met Roscam hypotheek adviseurs is erg praktisch.

Advertentie meld een woonoppervlakte van 190m2. Aan de hand van de plattegrond is de woonoppevlakte 154m2 (afgerond om hoog) Gebeld om hierover te informeren en antwoord was steeds advertentie klopt... a picture tells a thousand words... so see for yourself... (zie bijlage) Wie zijn Roscam Makelaars... nou ze zijn iig niet geregistreerd in VastgoedCERT of NRVT (beide vooraanstaande kwaliteitsregisters). Dat waren de feiten nu mijn opinie: Dit makelaar is zeer waarschijnlijk begonnen toen de huizenmaarkt is ontploft en dacht cha ching snel geld verdinnen (dus hooguit 3 jaar ervaring als makelaar zonder branche opleiding). Aangezien "Makelaar" is een vrij beroep mag ECHT IEDEREEN zichzelf Makelaar noemen en huizen verkopen dus LET OP. Vraag of ze zijn angesloten bij branche organizaties, zijn zij zelf gecertificeerd... Too many cowboys out there trying to make a quick buck... you have been warned ;)

Marike heeft ons super geholpen met het vinden van ons droomhuis. Dit terwijl de huizenmarkt erg lastig is. Ik waardeer haar oprechtheid, duidelijkheid en het snel doorpakken wanneer er zich een kans voor doet. Het is fijn samenwerken met iemand die veel ervaring heeft, goede contacten en kent 's-Hertogenbosch en omgeving op haar duimpje.

Toen we bij Gerard (Roscam Hypotheken) aangaven een makelaar in te willen schakelen, verwees hij ons door naar Marike. Dat bleek een hele goede zet. Marike is betrokken, heeft verstand van zaken, is eerlijk en transparant, maar ook kritisch waar nodig. Ze heeft in no-time door waar je precies naar op zoek bent in een huis en stelt kritische vragen als een huis daar niet aan voldoet. In deze markt ben je als koper al snel geneigd mee te gaan in de gekte, maar Marike zorgt ervoor dat je met beide benen op de grond blijft en pas de volgende stap zet als een huis daadwerkelijk jouw droomhuis kan zijn/worden. Wat we met name erg prettig vonden, was de communicatie. Via Whatsapp konden we huizen doorsturen die we wilden bezichtigen. Marike leek altijd bereikbaar en een bezichtiging was vaak al binnen een dag geregeld. En daarnaast lukte het haar ook nog om bij alle bezichtigingen aanwezig te zijn! Na een bezichtiging konden we haar altijd bereiken om vragen of twijfels te bespreken en zodra we besloten hadden om een bod uit te brengen, kwam Marike met een helder advies m.b.t. het bod en zette zij namens ons de vervolgstappen in het biedingsproces. Met Marike's hulp hebben we niet alleen ons droomhuis gevonden, maar is het ook nog gelukt om het te kopen. Iets wat in deze tijd niet vanzelfsprekend is. Wij kijken vol tevredenheid terug op dit proces en kunnen Marike 100% aanbevelen!

Marike heeft mij geholpen om na 22 jaar in het buitenland gewoond te hebben, ook hier in Nederland een thuis te vinden. Zij zorgde ervoor dat ik niet mijn prioriteiten uit het zicht verloor.
