We were guided by Coert from Centraal Makelaardij. After three viewings and two bids, we hit the jackpot: we bought our first house. Coert is a no-nonsense, down-to-earth professional who has helped us excellently through the entire process. In addition, he also carries out valuations and has a good eye for the condition and value of the house and can communicate this well. What you see is what you get – clear, honest and to-the-point.

I advise against working with them. I rented an apartment through their agency and although everything went smoothly during the rental period, the experience at the end was disappointing. They refused to carry out an inspection and said that I should contact the landlord directly to hand over the keys. I also did not receive my full deposit back.

If there is a negative review, I would make a bid. Nick talks a lot and does nothing. No communication and the customer is taken for granted? If the customer has to run after the purchase agent, it is risky to hire this company.
