Excellent reception when viewing a house for sale. However, important information was withheld regarding the correct size of the plot. Subsequently, no response to emails were received. Very unprofessional. The house has since been sold subject to contract. With proper information provided, we might have been able to make a better offer. Very bad from this real estate agent.

We had a very pleasant collaboration with Tom Meeuwis. He realized both the sale of our house and the purchase of our farm. The sale of our house went smoothly and pleasantly. We would not have been able to realize the purchase of the farm without Tom. We are very grateful to him for this. He works professionally and has a lot of knowledge. Meeuwis Real Estate proposes a viewing to have a client of his show us the house. I give him two times for the viewing. I receive no response from that, so I call him a day before the relevant day to remind him. He had forgotten. Can happen. I propose the two times again with the notification to respond. Again, no reaction. This realtor must protect the interests of a potential home buyer, but handles it like this. Today I meet a neighbor who also has his house for sale. Also deals with a buyer's agent, which turns out to be the same one, namely Meeuwis. He visited the neighbor’s house, but didn’t have the decency to give feedback.

By this message, I want to let you know that this company works very unprofessionally with both clients and colleagues. As soon as this worthless broker goes to view a house with a client from his side, via another broker, he will heavily criticize that house because it is not in his portfolio and he cannot earn anything from it. I have heard this from several candidates so far, who will also open their mouths about how this broker treats candidates, very sad and very unprofessional. He also stops communicating completely with the broker where the house is for sale, as well as with people who showed interest in our house. This also happened recently with a neighbor of mine who experienced the same rude attitude. People come along, make them wait, and don't show up, yes, that house was not in his portfolio either, very sad. Then the client calls this broker and the answer was completely forgotten. Will contact the buyer and let you know, and what do you think? Exactly, he also heard nothing from this great broker then. Will remain neat, scandalous and rude. So buyers and sellers, you are now aware.

Tom Meeuwis guided the purchase process for us regarding the acquisition of an investment property in Tilburg. In this somewhat overheated market, he advised us perfectly. This resulted in the purchase of a healthy-yielding building. Besides the aforementioned purchase process, he also surprisingly personally helped us after the purchase with drafting the rental agreements. Meeuwis Makelaardij pleasantly surprised us in this regard and adjusted our (not very positive) view of a real estate agent. We now believe that in such times a good real estate agent is a must! Onze makelaar was erg betrokken bij de verkoop, stelde ook een zorgvuldig voorstel op. De makelaar was erg goed bereikbaar.

Maarten was Top, maar we konden hem altijd bereiken, ook toen zijn schouder niet goed in de kom bleef zitten stond ie s 'avonds voor ons klaar en kwam hij door zijn vriendin te laten rijden. Maarten bleef altijd correct en heeft ons goed uitgelegd we ons huis moesten presenteren. En dat heeft goed geholpen en heeft goed geresulteerd. Nogmaals Maarten bedankt voor de goede zorgen. Echt een aanwinst voor KIN makelaars .

Na eerder een huis verkocht en aangekocht te hebben via Kin (Rembrant Venmans), wederom gekozen onze woning via hem te verkopen. Geen spijt van gehad, snelle reactietijden, opvolging na kijkdagen, opvolging na verkoop, allemaal goed geregeld.

I would certainly not recommend KIN real estate agents as a sales agent. We bought our house through KiN and had absolutely no idea that the real estate agent during the viewing was trying his best to sell us the house or could tell us much about the house, which partly came about because there were two viewings at the same time. When we then wanted to quickly sign the purchase agreement, it seemed like all the questions we had were too much and I had to ask multiple times for an answer, while the sellers themselves just reacted quickly. After that, I switched to the head office, it turned out that they found the questions logical and had received the answers from the sellers within an hour. After that, we could happily sign quickly. A compliment to the ladies at the office, but a sales consultation for our own house was declined.

We had a fantastic sales agent with KIN, with his knowledgeable and enthusiastic employees. Definitely in our case very patient, considerate and competent. For which we have a lot of thanks.

Positief dat het allemaal eigenlijk wel goed verlopen is en ook wel volgens onze planning. Beetje minder dat de verkoopprijs onder onze verwachting is uitgevallen. Ondanks het feit dat we juist erg laag zijn gestart met de vraagprijs zijn we toch nog moeten zakken. We hadden verwacht dat de makelaar zichzelf wel terug zou verdienen maar dat gevoel hebben we nu niet en dat is de reden dat ik de score voor marktkennis op 7 heb gezet.

Zeer professionele aanpak , duidelijk en transparant. Tevens een selectie van kwalitatieve serieuze aspirant kopers met als gevolg een zeer snelle positieve afronding van de verkoop.
