And he is really helpful and the best thing is that he truly understands your choice and knows how to deal with the selling party and can really pay attention to defects and other issues in the houses that could influence the bid amount, and he has real experience doing that. He really helped us while we were looking for houses and he was proactive and very responsive and at the same time friendly. Don't go into business with Nassau/ Henk van Dijck, that’s the best advice I can give. He doesn't listen to customer questions and brushes them off. He will never advise you to have a structural survey done, even if it's the best thing for the situation, because then the deal is delayed. And that's not what he wants. In short, it’s a disgrace that this man can call himself a broker, very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had to experience this firsthand.
