People be careful with this crazy company. Save your time and effort. They advertise a lot and let them come to you for viewings, and then after a few days they say, 'yes landlord doesn't want to rent the building to new businesses.' If you know all that, why waste your time and wait a week? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

I responded to an advertisement they had posted on funda business. After 4 days, I still hadn't been contacted. Subsequently, I initiated contact myself. I was told that someone would contact me. Waited 2 days and still heard nothing. Then I contacted them again but until today, still nothing! Poor company, now the owner of the building might lose a potential tenant!

We purchased a new-build home where the mediation went through this office. We really experienced this negatively on multiple fronts. The communication is extremely poor and terrible. Below are some concrete examples: The initial contact was good. During the subsequent signing appointment, things went downhill. Everything happened very quickly and superficially in terms of explanation regarding material that was all new to us. A lot remained unclear and the intermediary was not patient. We expected to receive advice on the rough construction and finishing work. We had a general idea but would have liked to be informed about the possibilities. No advice during the conversation. The motto was 'what you want', so the conversation ended after 15 minutes. After 8 months, there was an initial viewing day and meeting the neighbors. What was presented? Absolutely nothing! Only the pipes of the heat pumps. Q1 2023 was the prognosis and we were already in the summer of 2022. As of this writing, the completion date is still unknown. It would be before the autumn break but that is less than 8 weeks away, so expect chaos because it will suddenly happen quickly or delivery after the autumn break. Then we are in Q3. Be honest as a company so people can at least plan. If it's after the autumn break, fine, but then people can at least coordinate. Now no one knows anything! Note that forecasting and communicating about a small project of 25 houses doesn't have to be this difficult. I would never buy a house here again.

Review adjusted following communication with the organization, explaining in more detail how the lines of communication work. Ultimately, I think that Hofzicht is an organization that wants to solve/address your problem with the best intentions in the world, but often depends on a builder. Because some builders do not/poorly cooperate or respond, it seems as if there's no progress at all. For me personally, it would have been better to be open about certain problems, where they are unable to move forward with the builder. That creates clarity and gives me, as a customer, more of a feeling that our contact person at the real estate agent really wants to bridge the gap between the buyer and the builder. Now it often felt like a 'computer says no'. I also agree with the further comments from As Laan in the other reviews. Hopefully you can do something with this, and I wish you much success in the future.

They are scammers.

A group of scammers trying to extort brokerage fees for a rental property without any agreement. Besides the fact that double brokerage fees are against the law, they still had the audacity to send an invoice of a few hundred euros. Very sad how they try to scam people this way. Don't fall for it. They occasionally create a new profile on Google My Business so that the negative reviews disappear. Do not be misled by the positive fake reviews.

Again, poor communication

Ik had een afspraak gemaakt met verhuurmakelaar Nick, maar eerst annuleerde hij vlak voor de bezichtiging. Bij de tweede afspraak kon hij niet wachten omdat ik 20 minuten te laat was en ging hij weg. Slechte service en het appartement zag er van buiten niet goed uit. Tijdsverspilling.

Ik heb het appartement gehuurd via LW23. Het appartement was schoon toen ik aankwam en alles was zoals op de foto's. Als ik na de verhuizing vragen had, kon ik altijd terecht bij het team van LW23. Al met al, een aanrader!

De communicatie was altijd snel en behulpzaam en eventuele problemen werden snel opgelost. Het hele proces was gemakkelijk en stressvrij, tot aan mijn vertrek. Een echte aanrader!

Mijn verblijf bij Real Estate LW23 in Alkmaar was van begin tot eind werkelijk uitstekend. Aanvankelijk kreeg ik een ander appartement toegewezen, maar toen het team merkte dat het niet aan hun schoonmaaknormen voldeed, boden ze me direct een ander appartement aan, zonder extra kosten, met nog meer ruimte en een extra kamer 🤩. Dit toonde al aan hoeveel waarde ze hechten aan kwaliteit en hun huurders. Ik heb er zes maanden gewoond en alles verliep vlekkeloos. Het appartement was comfortabel, goed onderhouden en de communicatie met het team was altijd helder en gemakkelijk. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf nooit problemen ondervonden en ik voelde me altijd goed verzorgd. Ik zou de appartementen van Real Estate LW23 absoluut aan iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een kort verblijf, of ze nu aan het verhuizen zijn, voor hun werk verhuizen of gewoon een comfortabele en betrouwbare plek nodig hebben voor een tijdelijke periode.

Ik verbleef 6 maanden in Alkmaar; het was een fijne en comfortabele plek voor een kort verblijf. Alles is goed ingericht en inbegrepen. De locatie is ook ideaal, niet ver van het centrum en vlakbij een openbaarvervoersknooppunt. Bedankt voor de service.

Geweldige klantenservice. De verhuurder, Nick, was communicatief en hielp mijn man en mij toen we het het hardst nodig hadden. Dankzij LW23 hebben we een tijdelijk onderkomen terwijl ons huis wordt gerepareerd.

Ik verblijf momenteel in LW23. De appartementen zijn perfect! Prachtig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De locatie is ook perfect, het appartementencomplex is rustig en veilig, maar toch op slechts een paar minuten lopen van alle lokale voorzieningen. Ik kan een verblijf hier van harte aanbevelen als je overweegt om naar Nederland te verhuizen.

Een prima verhuurservice voor korte verblijven - ik heb kort na mijn aankomst in januari 2025 een appartement bij hen gehuurd. Ze namen al mijn documenten in ontvangst en waren deskundig tijdens de bezichtiging en beantwoordden al mijn vragen. De verhuizing verliep ook soepel en de appartementen zien eruit zoals op de foto's. Communicatie over administratieve zaken kan wat tijd in beslag nemen en vereist mogelijk een vervolgmail of telefoontje, maar Nick reageert snel en regelt alles wanneer nodig.

Ik heb met veel gemak zes maanden een appartement gehuurd in Alkmaar via LW23. Het contact met Nick en Jorden verliep vlot en prettig; ze reageerden altijd snel en duidelijk. De woning was keurig verzorgd en wanneer er iets niet in orde was, werd het meestal binnen een week opgelost. Ik ben erg tevreden over de service en kan LW23 zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een tijdelijke verblijfplaats in de regio.
