Indien u zoekt naar een makelaar voor het verkopen of aankopen van uw huis, zoek dan gerust verder. Hamer & Ran beloofd heel veel, ze lijken professioneel en goed in de communicatie. Dat is echter tot je problemen tegenkomt. Ons huis is onder de vraagprijs verkocht die zei met hun contactpersoon taxateur hebben ingeschat. Daarbij hoor je niks in de week van de bezichtingingen als blijkt dat het tegen valt. Steeds weer achteraan. Tot slot is er nog een verborgen gebreken in het huis, en de afhandeling hebben ze gewoon laten zitten. Tig keren gebeld, emailed, appt. Steeds weer beloftes maar je hoort helemaal niks! Schande!

Super fijne mensen, ze verwelkomen je erg graag en hebben echt geduld voor de klant. Ze kijken naar je wensen, onderhandelen, zoeken voor je een juist huis, geven de juiste advies en belangrijkste staan echt aan de kant van de klant. Hij is een kundige, praktische makelaar die goed bereikbaar is en in het voor kopers en verkopers soms chaotische proces van de koop of verkoop van een woning met de nodige humor zorgt voor rust, transparantie en overzicht.
