BEWARE THIS BROKER AND DON'T GET INVOLVED. At first, everything seems positive, but eventually he gives you less and less attention and half of what he says about appointments turns out to be incorrect! He is very assertive and knows exactly what to tell you so that you essentially have no other choice. I had a very negative experience. Apparently, Olav doesn't have a good reputation in the region (which I discovered too late), I am really warning people here and going to a larger, more professional organization! Because this man certainly is not.

After a disappointing exchange with the real estate agent, I must say that my experience with them was far from positive. After several attempts to have the old webpage of my property removed, I received nothing but nonchalant responses that clearly showed that they didn't care about my request. The attitude of this real estate agent in communication is very unprofessional. Instead of showing empathy for my concerns about selling my house, I was simply dismissed with an indifferent reaction that insinuated that maintaining their website was more important than fulfilling my request. The lack of customer focus was frankly disappointing. Moreover, their argument for retaining the old advertisement was weak and unfounded. As a real estate agent, they should take responsibility to ensure that the information on their website is up-to-date. Through this negligence, they have not only wasted my time but may also confuse and/or deter potential buyers. The lack of willingness of this real estate agent to even make a small effort to help us speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would strongly advise others not to do business with this real estate agent unless they are satisfied with a lack of respect and attention to their needs.
