Terrible experience when planning a viewing. On Friday, we expressed interest in an appointment on Funda. Called on Monday, was told 'we'll call you back in a few hours' - radio silence. Called again on Monday, received the promise again that I would be called back 'shortly' - nothing again. Called and contacted again on Tuesday morning via Funda and their website, desperately looking for an appointment. Still no response. And lo and behold, on Tuesday afternoon the viewing was fully booked. We did everything right, followed up several times and received empty promises and zero communication. Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating to miss a house viewing because the real estate agent didn't bother to call back. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
