Because Will and Merel failed to communicate to the potential buyers that the awning needed help, we were legally disadvantaged. Will spent more time talking to get his strong stories across than listening to important matters; he had planned a vacation and was in a hurry. A relationship of 10 years is ruined by this. Our words were twisted towards the buyers, and it seemed as though Will was acting on behalf of the buyers, instead of standing on our side. There was indeed a note of the story by Merel, but he also tried to wriggle out of that by saying that we were not complete in our story. A very sour aftertaste. Not only was our house sold under asking price in all haste... in these times, but we also had to add money, because we are supposedly liars. No, do not recommend this realtor. And otherwise record everything he says, because he goes back on every verbal promise.

De kontakten met de makelaar waren uitstekend ook de begeleiding voor het zoeken van de juiste mensen voor de financiering waren goed tijdens de verkoopgesprekken werden we steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden de verdere afwikkeling is allemaal goed verlopen dus de makelaar krijgt een hele goede schoren en zou ik dus bij iedereen aanbevelen.

Achteraf is gebleken dat privacy niet echt hoog op de agenda staat bij deze makelaar. Voor ons de eerste en laatste keer.

Bezichtiging aangevraagd. Bevestigd door makelaardij en op de dag van bezichtiging wordt deze geannuleerd! Verkocht volgens Nicole onder voorbehoud van financiering Bijzonder! Wij hadden ook zonder voorbehoud een bod kunnen doen. Maar geen kans gehad Slechte makelaar.

Het contact verliep soepel en het was een prettige sfeer. De communicatie was duidelijk. Gedurende het proces van verkoop fijn geadviseerd over de te volgen stappen.

Toen het wat drukker werd had hij ook snel collegas beschikbaar om hem bij te staan zodat ik als verkoper zo min mogelijk ermee moest qua tijd en ruimte. Alles is zeer vloeiend verlopen en ik raad hem sowieso aan. Dit is dan ook al mijn 3e maal dat ik zaken met hem heb gedaan voor verkoop en taxaties of willekeurig advies inwinnen.
