Very bad experience with Perumal & Partners Makelaars. Had a second viewing of a small house last week and the owner was also present at our request. As the last question during the viewing, we asked what the minimum price had to be for his property. We wanted to think about it but after a few hours that evening, we called the owner and reached a verbal agreement, and the owner essentially told Boy that it was sold and he would handle everything else. So we also started everything the next day regarding financing etc. Then, the next evening, we received a call saying there was a higher bid than ours! And that the sale wouldn't go through! What do you ask then? Is this a joke or what’s going on? It was after all verbally sold and instructions were given to handle it. Still arrange a few more viewings to see if we can get more out of it! What a great advertising stunt you made. He certainly doesn't need to call us again when he has something for sale! And I definitely won’t recommend PERUMAL! Even though he has several good reviews, certainly not from me! If they want to sell something they do respond, but if you send a neat email or app, they read it and simply don’t reply! Trust is definitely not here!

Hoewel ik begrijp dat er veel aanvragers kunnen zijn en de beschikbaarheid beperkt, is de huidige aanpak noch eerlijk, noch professioneel. De volgorde van de communicatie die ik heb ervaren, is zorgwekkend: eerst werd ik geïnformeerd over een bezichtiging; vervolgens werd mij gevraagd mijn aanwezigheid te bevestigen; en kort daarna werd mij verteld dat de bezichtiging al volgeboekt was. Deze volgorde van gebeurtenissen zorgt niet alleen voor onnodige verwarring, maar geeft ook valse hoop aan mensen die oprecht geïnteresseerd zijn in het vinden van een woning. Een dergelijke werkwijze getuigt van een gebrek aan empathie en consideratie voor aanvragers die tijd en energie steken in het snel reageren. Het wekt de indruk dat het bureau potentiële huurders niet met het respect en de professionaliteit behandelt die ze verdienen. Ik wil benadrukken dat huisvesting een serieuze zaak is en dat aanvragers zich niet misleid of genegeerd mogen voelen tijdens dit proces. Ik verzoek u vriendelijk uw procedure te herzien en een duidelijkere, respectvollere aanpak te hanteren. Een transparant systeem — bijvoorbeeld door de beschikbaarheid te bevestigen voordat uitnodigingen worden verstuurd of door sollicitanten in realtime op de hoogte te houden — zou tijd besparen voor beide partijen en een positieve indruk van uw professionaliteit achterlaten. Beschouw dit bericht alstublieft als een formele klacht. Ik vertrouw erop dat u deze feedback serieus neemt en verbeteringen doorvoert om te voorkomen dat dit zich in de toekomst herhaalt bij andere sollicitanten.

Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een kort verblijf en het stadscentrum wil ervaren.
