Agree to a bid and then proceed behind the scenes verbally with another party. That party approached the seller and made a higher offer, which this broker agrees with. Not the normal course of events in my opinion.

Unreliable and don't go into business with them

Mr. van Engelen is a disgrace in the real estate world. We had submitted an offer on Friday afternoon for a house in Aalst-Waalre with the conditions regarding the transfer of the house attached. On Friday evening, we were called by Mr. van Engelen stating that our bid and our conditions had been accepted. On Monday, we made an appointment to sign the preliminary purchase agreement on Tuesday afternoon. I was called on Tuesday morning by Mr. van Engelen with the message that we could not buy the house after all because they went into business with another buyer! This other party suddenly offered more??!!! And better conditions??!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. So with Mr. van Engelen, a word is NO word, so the term unreliable certainly applies to this person, and he has thrown all decency overboard. SHAME!

To agree with a buyer and then, behind their back, accept a higher bid. Doesn't really inspire confidence in a broker whom you would minimally expect that from.

Exciting times when you are selling your home and at the same time actively looking for another one. Ended up through acquaintances with HG real estate agents, with a super cool guy named Walter! While local real estate agents indicated that the desired sales amount was really not achievable, I heard from Walter that it was definitely possible. And so my house was sold within 2 days!!! But also during the search for a new home, I appointed Walter as a purchasing agent. Great guidance! Honesty above all! My experience throughout the entire process is very positive. I would give HG real estate agents (and especially Walter) 6 stars if it were possible. 100% satisfaction!

Voor de derde keer op rij hebben we ons huis laten verkopen door Sjors de Vries via van Santvoort makelaars. Ook deze keer weer erg tevreden. Hij is heel flexibel geweest om aan onze wensen te kunnen voldoen en heeft snel geschakeld. Super!

Er werden goede afspraken gemaakt en die werden nagekomen ook als iemand door ziekte of vakantie afwezig was. Nou moet ik ook zeggen dat de verkoop super snel is gegaan.

Verschrikkelijk! Ze sturen een onbeschofte makelaar die je recht in je gezicht beledigt! Hun strategie is om het zelfvertrouwen van de verkoper te ondermijnen, zodat ze je woning voor de laagst mogelijke prijs kunnen verkopen. Op die manier zijn hun commissies verzekerd. We hebben er spijt van dat we hun makelaar in ons huis hebben toegelaten. Zo'n onbeschofte, respectloze man zonder manieren; dat is onvoorstelbaar!

Verkoop was binnen 1 week geregeld. Afwikkeling ging snel. Vragen werden snel en goed beantwoord. Begeleiding was prima!

Everything went smoothly in good consultation and felt careful and personal. The backoffice was also excellent: clear, involved, and always quick to respond. You are not a number here, but really a person. Absolutely recommended.

The contact went smoothly; everything was good and fast (and flexible, e.g. when I couldn't be present myself when the buyer's appraiser came by). All-in-all sold quickly (for the market, being an apartment, ...) for a good price.

I can't help but praise Huurinc Housing at the Wilhelminaplein in Eindhoven. Everything from the first contact to the key handover was professionally, friendly and transparently arranged. The staff really listen to your wishes, think along and switch very nicely if you move through or rent via them.

Huurinc Housing has helped me fantastically with renting out my home. They have completely relieved me of all the hassle that comes with it. A tenant was found within a short time. Ze houden een deel van je borg in zonder duidelijke specificatie of rechtvaardiging. Tijdens de huurperiode werden gemelde problemen nooit verholpen en de communicatie was constant slecht; vaak reageerden ze helemaal niet. Bespaar jezelf de moeite en huur niet via dit bedrijf; je kunt beter een andere verhuurder kiezen.

Very bad experience with Huurinc Housing B.V. – especially David Schoep. My experience with Huurinc Housing B.V. was extremely negative, and this applies in particular to David Schoep. With our regular landlord we never experienced problems, but things went wrong as soon as contact had to be with Huurinc Housing B.V. The communication was almost non-existent; I constantly had to follow up myself. Appointments were repeatedly not kept. To get the deposit back, a threat of legal action was necessary to finally receive a quick response. Even then it remained empty promises, without any actual action, and further communication ceased. Ultimately, I had to hire a lawyer to retrieve the deposit after two months. Absolutely not recommended. If reliability and professionalism are important to you, definitely look elsewhere.

I was helped fantastically & there was personal consideration given to the best home that aligns with all my wishes, very nice when a company is so involved with the person! You also receive an answer almost immediately when you have questions. A mega recommendation for everyone looking for a rental property!

I am interested in a house, but the real estate agent is not responding at all to my email requesting information about this house. I regret the owners of this house.

Apartments purchased and house sold with Hans Rosendaal as the mediating real estate agent. We had a pleasant, relaxed, cozy, and effective contact with Hans. For us, it couldn't have gone better than it did now. Also for the buyers (expats) of our house, Hans neatly arranged several things.

Hans expertly helped us with the sale of a house in Valkenswaard. He was very assertive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

My own home sold and able to buy a beautiful home partly thanks to the large network and excellent work of Hans Rosendaal. Hans is social, speaks everyone's language and most importantly: Hans gets the highest price for you.

We have now had contact with Hans Rosendaal for a little over six months. We have viewed houses that he offers for sale, and we sold our house through Hans. He has a different approach than most real estate agents, meaning no 60 visits from people coming to view, but instead immediately setting a higher asking price and only allowing interested viewers to come. For us, this is precisely more pleasant. Positives are especially that he is always reachable, even on weekends and evenings. He is also very involved and helps if you have another house in mind. He proactively offers to look up data for the relevant house and sends it over as well. A disadvantage is that he doesn't always answer the phone immediately because he is busy with other clients. He always calls you back, but don’t be alarmed if this is in the evening. The positive note is that this also indicates how involved or interested he is in the clients he is currently working with. Long story short: we think he is a good real estate agent.

Property sold within 2 weeks, fast and accurate completion. Hans Rosendaal speaks everyone's language...... reliable and friendly to all parties.

We experienced Hans as an enormous, pleasant realtor. Very much passion for his profession and his clients. If we were to unexpectedly move, there isn't a hair on my head that wouldn't think of Hans to help us again.

1 star is actually too much. Huge discouragement to do anything with this realtor. Never answers the phone, never responds, unreachable. Viewing turned out to be with 3 other couples at the same time...After we made an offer, we still received no response after more than a week. Documents provided were delivered late and contain practically nothing. In short: expect 0.0 effort from this realtor.
