This man would not be allowed to call himself a real estate agent! Non-communicative and has his affairs in poor order. The housing offering on his website is strongly outdated.

Wij zijn bij deze makelaar terechtgekomen nadat wij merkten dat we behoefte hadden aan wat meer flexibiliteit in het traject. Dat verschil hebben we hier vanaf het eerste moment positief ervaren. Wat vooral opvalt, is de enorme bereidheid om mee te denken met onze agenda. Afspraken worden soepel gepland en zelfs in de avonduren wordt ruimte gemaakt wanneer dat gewenst is. Dat geeft rust en laat zien dat de klant echt centraal staat. De communicatie is helder, snel en prettig. We voelen ons serieus genomen en goed begeleid in het hele proces. Kortom: een makelaar die begrijpt dat een woningtraject soms ook buiten kantooruren doorgaat. Absoluut een aanrader.

We have now had contact with Hans Rosendaal for a little over six months. We have viewed houses that he offers for sale, and we sold our house through Hans. He has a different approach than most real estate agents, meaning no 60 visits from people coming to view, but instead immediately setting a higher asking price and only allowing interested viewers to come. For us, this is precisely more pleasant. Positives are especially that he is always reachable, even on weekends and evenings. He is also very involved and helps if you have another house in mind. He proactively offers to look up data for the relevant house and sends it over as well. A disadvantage is that he doesn't always answer the phone immediately because he is busy with other clients. He always calls you back, but don’t be alarmed if this is in the evening. The positive note is that this also indicates how involved or interested he is in the clients he is currently working with. Long story short: we think he is a good real estate agent.

1 star is actually too much. Huge discouragement to do anything with this realtor. Never answers the phone, never responds, unreachable. Viewing turned out to be with 3 other couples at the same time...After we made an offer, we still received no response after more than a week. Documents provided were delivered late and contain practically nothing. In short: expect 0.0 effort from this realtor.

What incredible poor treatment my daughter received from this realtor, he is non-communicative, doesn't keep appointments, doesn't create an inventory list of items to be taken over as agreed, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to messages. Total no-go.

Unfortunately, we received little feedback regarding hidden defects. We still cannot move into our purchased house.. @ Hans Deuze: I completely agree with that. We have contacted Hans Rosendaal several times but hardly received any response. When we called, we were told to wait for a callback... which never happened. Emailed multiple times, no reaction. Even tried contacting them through the app out of desperation, but again barely received any responses. Very unfortunate because we had a completely different impression during the introduction. The house was sold with enormous moisture damage; I have been calling about this since November 6th and unfortunately, an expert is only now being brought in to look at the damage as of next Monday. It's a shame that Hans Rosendaal didn't bother to help us with this... so definitely not recommended.
