Thanks to the extremely correct and fast help of Kuub Makelaars, our house was put online two days before Open House Day in April 2025. The result being that our house was sold after three days. Lazy realtor, not of this time. We had decided to buy a house at number 77 for €525,000 in Clinge, explaining that we still lived in Italy. We asked him to arrange a video visit. They don't do that! He was going to call us back... but never heard from this gentleman again. We bought a house via a video call with another realtor. In my opinion, this man does not keep appointments.

Bad realtor. Absolutely not keeping his word. Bitterly few or no candidates, also never had direct contact when I sold my house. But charged me a double commission while he never managed to realize a sale. Not recommended, major mafia practices are what he does to people. Pocketing money is what makes them happy. 😄😄😄
