I am very dissatisfied with the way real estate agent Arco Lamper conducted himself. During the viewing, he spoke negatively about my purchase agent. I found this unprofessional and inappropriate. Moreover, I experienced his attitude as rude. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this agent. Addition: I notice that my feedback is being linked to my arrival and questions, while my review was specifically about your attitude and the way negative comments were made about my purchase agent. That is separate from the fact of whether someone is late or asks questions. I find it important to make that distinction clear.

Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agent. I was called by a Real Estate Assistant about a property and heard in an utterly rude manner that it would be impossible to arrange something by 31 December. Even when I thanked him for calling, he kept repeating in an disrespectful tone: “yes, it won't work out for you.” All he had to do was inform me that the property wasn't available, I didn't ask for advice, but he kept emphasizing this in a nasty way. Very unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

Due to financing we needed a valuation quickly. Could be done reasonably fast. The fee turned out to be higher due to the size of the house. That was not immediately clear via the price comparison website - the first contact was reported anyway. But take note of that if you have a larger house and choose an appraiser!

We needed an appraisal report, which is how we came across Sonny. The reviews say enough, I think. And he proves it too! He came by the same day and received the recognized report via email a few days later - service and quality are truly recommended.

Very complete appraisal, so that we could move on with our wish list for our new home. Highly recommended!

Because of all the positive reviews here, we wanted to have our appraisal done by Sonny. After a short phone call, we sent him the Funda link for our house so he could make an initial estimate of the value, but after that we never heard from him again. Not even after a reminder from our side a few days later. Very strange and totally not in line with the expectation created by all the other reviews.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent. The communication is flawed and the expertise leaves much to be desired. During a viewing, real estate agent Dennis stated that the garden was southwest-facing, while we could clearly see on site that it faced northeast. This is not a small detail, but a significant difference, and it's incomprehensible and unprofessional for an agent to make such a mistake. Especially considering that several viewings had already taken place and this error is probably told more often. The problems didn’t stop there. During the purchase process, the list of movable assets as well as other essential documents turned out to be incomplete. Although the seller is responsible for providing correct information, it is the task of the real estate agent to check this and provide guidance where necessary. That was clearly omitted here. Finally, it was practically impossible to get in touch with the office. After submitting a bid and asking questions, phone calls were not answered, and the voicemail was even full. In short: an unprofessional party from whom you as a buyer cannot expect reliable support.

Nick helped me buy my first house. After a disappointing experience with another real estate agency, he gave me honest advice and thought along with me! So much hecticness comes at you, especially in this time on the housing market, and Nick ensured that I made a well-considered choice which I still enjoy daily. 10/10 recommended!
