Bad experience with this real estate agency. At the end of the golden times when houses sold like hotcakes, our realtor provided insufficient guidance when the market worsened. No time, very careless and poor communication. We even had to conduct viewings ourselves without the realtor. I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone! And definitely never sign a contract with termination costs at this office. When we no longer wanted to use their services, we were ultimately forced to pay the termination costs via the dispute resolution committee, despite their terrible service. A very unpleasant experience.

During my search for a suitable office, I was very nicely assisted. As a young, female entrepreneur, you are often not taken seriously during viewings, but this was absolutely not the case with Boekenrode. Also, when terminating my lease, they helped me again superbly and thought along with possibilities. The contact is pleasant, quick, and solution-oriented. Personal thanks to Sjoerd for the enjoyable collaboration and great help!

Contacted the real estate agents of Boekenrode at several locations during our search for business space. A pleasant and clear contact with a nice result.

We find that this Mr. Hans from the Town Hall does not keep any appointments. Lies and comes with promises he doesn't fulfill. Postponing... postponing. In that manner, he tries to play buyers against each other with lies to drive up prices.

A good and nice real estate agent who understands the business, takes the time for his clients, makes a good choice in advance, and isn't expensive.

Can proceed with it, starters find it difficult to find something for themselves 🙁
