Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Our sale done through Nieboer real estate agents. Unfortunately not really satisfied. We had to sell our house according to the agent at the first offer, which was far too low, we ultimately accepted a second offer. Drafting the purchase agreement took more than 3 weeks. When we had questions, we were NOT always treated politely. And also regarding the transfer of the central heating lease boiler, when the buyer stopped responding, the agent did absolutely nothing.
