I had an exceptional experience with Rotsvast Groningen. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient and customer-oriented. They arranged an online viewing for me, since I was in my home country, something that other rental companies did not offer. After I was selected for the house, I was guided through every step of the process. I would like to thank Niels in particular, who handled everything for me. He showed me the house via a video call and sent me several times photos and videos. He also measured the dimensions to help me with purchasing furniture abroad and helped me with drawing up contracts for gas and electricity. If something isn't right according to 050vastgoed, it is communicated in a very childish and unbusinesslike manner. Definitely don't enter into business with them. For context: I thought I had purchased the laminate flooring (which is now over 10 years old) and that it needed to be removed, you’d say miscommunication. Below you see a nice example of how they communicate. Draw your own conclusions, I would say. ----- IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MODIFIED RESPONSE BELOW: 1) I have not agreed with anything anywhere. 2) How can the laminate floor be approximately 5 years old when it was already in the house when I moved in? I lived there for eight years. 3) You removed your original response where you again struck a very unprofessional tone, I'll share it below: 'Dear Thomas, you are removing a laminate floor that is not yours. What do you expect yourself? It is normal that you don’t take things with you that aren’t yours.' 4) AGAIN, don't enter into business with this party.

I am incredibly pleased with the service of 050Vastgoed. They were friendly, professional, and quick in their communication from the very first contact moment. Thanks to their help, I found a beautiful apartment without stress that completely meets my wishes. Everything was clearly explained, and the handling of the rental agreement and key transfer also went smoothly. Besides posting fake previews as also discussed in other reviews, this company is also simply an unprofessional business that often has no idea how to manage their affairs and finds communication with the tenant difficult (except for the annual maximum rent increase, then they know how to find you). Tampering with energy labels, unanswered maintenance requests, and making calculation errors with service charges (after which threats from bailiffs followed after pointing out these errors to the company) makes me want to avoid this business like the plague as a tenant. The feeling of leaving this business gave me was better than applying for a mortgage and buying a house. I wish every home seeker much success in these difficult times. However, I would certainly recommend this business if you own real estate and want to extract maximum return from it at the expense of your tenants.

So far, I've actually only had positive experiences with Groningse properties! When I had a viewing three years ago at a studio, I was told that the studio was going to someone else. After that, I did get another studio that became available, which I found super nice. I lived in the studio for three years with pleasure. Now I'm going to rent again from Groningse properties, and the rental process is just as smooth as before. They respond quickly to emails, and they think along when making appointments. I'm very satisfied!

Now 1.5 years lived in a studio of Groningen real estate. Was great asked, the only drawback is the slow reactions on repairs. I myself was in contact with Johannes during moving in and out, very nice to work with and went through everything very easily.

Recently I have been renting an apartment through Groningse Panden. During the search, I was very well assisted and there was always good communication. Very nice! In addition, everything regarding the apartment is well organized and they provide good service!

All of a sudden all 5 star reviews. Very peculiar, especially since in the building where I live, Utopia, it's all drama. They don't respond to emails and the emergency phone that is supposed to be always reachable according to them, isn't answered 9 out of 10 times. Also, you end up paying double for service costs via the annual statement and monthly but they don't do anything about it. Especially Carlo de Boer, you can't have a conversation with him and he only thinks about his image and money. You have my number, so please take the time to contact me. I've been renting from you for a number of years and it's heartbreaking how you treat your tenants. Especially regarding the installation of the heating system and the communication, or rather the lack thereof. And then you still raise the rent from December, when all the studios go up by 200 euros while there's no improvement. Be ashamed.
