De verhuurder is een absolute nachtmerrie om mee om te gaan. De warmte-isolatie is zo goed als afwezig en er is constant sprake van ongedierte. Onderhoudsverzoeken worden volledig genegeerd. Bovendien zijn basisinstallaties slordig uitgevoerd - zo is bijvoorbeeld het slot van de voordeur slecht gemonteerd (zoals te zien op de foto's).

Terrible experience. The apartment was nice, but they kept calling to arrange some sort of access control. They said they could come in even if we weren't home, because they had a copy of the keys. The customer service is terrible. Every time we called with a problem (we had no hot water in one of the two bathrooms) they said they couldn't do anything about it, because it was a handyman's problem. They asked for a huge deposit and after two months we hadn't gotten a penny back. After three weeks of constant calling, texting and e-mailing they said it wasn't their problem. Completely unprofessional, all in all a terrible experience.

Zeer efficiënt! De makelaars van Maxx hebben binnen twee weken een mooi appartement voor me gevonden dat perfect aan mijn wensen voldeed.

Zelfs met de huidige krappe huizenmarkt heeft Maxx Groningen een gepaste woning voor mij kunnen vinden. Erg vriendelijk personeel dat supersnel reageert als er vragen zijn. Aanrader.

Als kopende partij betrokken geweest met Maxx Makelaars als verkopende makelaar. Erg onprofessionele manier van verkopen en aanbieden van een woning. Weinig kennis omtrent de woning die verkocht wordt, en informatie wat onjuist is wat pas later boven water komt, met weinig initiatief vanuit verkopend makelaar. Als verkopende makelaar voor uw woning raad ik daarom Maxx Makelaars niet aan.

Ze zijn erg proactief, een beetje te vind ik zelfs. Ik krijg na 4 dagen tijd al 5 of 6 mails binnen van verschillende woningen. 4 of 5 daarvan boven mijn budget dat ik in eerste instantie heb aangegeven op mijn maxx.huren account. Had ik eindelijk tijd om me wat meer te verdiepen in wat ik moest aanleveren voor documenten (kreeg ik ook al herinnering mails), omdat ik op 1 woning aanbod was ingegaan. Ach ja, kortom gezegt, dit is helemaal niets voor mij. Het levert me meer stress op om al die mails binnen te zien krijgen en te moeten reageren etc. dan als ik zelf op kamernet zoek oh en ik krijg enorme stress van de voorwaarden toen ik ze gelezen had. Dan maar beter direct stoppen.
