The reason for this is that they constantly change staff, so the person who comes to do the inspection will assume you received the house in perfect condition and expect that as well. They then come with: 'The sink overflows after 2 minutes of running water' at the small sink in the toilet. Check the pipes, clogs and air filters before you get the house and report it immediately. If you do it later, you're responsible for it yourself. And they charge you about 400 euros for the cleaning after you move out. So make a decision: hire a cleaner or don't clean the house at all before you hand it over. That cleaning problem is also based on the experience of colleagues who had the same real estate agency, so it seems to be a recurring problem. If you have stairs, it costs 400 euros!
