Kameraad vond binnen enkele dagen na het begin van onze zoektocht een kamer voor mijn zoon. Isa is ontzettend behulpzaam en reageert snel op onze vragen en behoeften. Alles aan dit bureau is top! We ontvingen een officieel contract en konden ons binnen enkele dagen bij de gemeente inschrijven.

Isa was fantastisch. Ik bezocht haar makelaarskantoor toen ik op zoek was naar een woning, nadat ik tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een huis gefrustreerd was geraakt door talloze online oplichters. Ze was niet alleen professioneel, maar gaf me ook waardevol advies over lokale winkels waar ik meubels voor een redelijke prijs kon kopen. Bovendien was ze erg benaderbaar. Ik waardeer haar goede werk enorm. Heel erg bedankt.

Accidentally came across KamerRaad via Pararius. Where the house on photos usually appears larger and can be a bit disappointing in reality, this was not the case at all with KamerRaad. The photos were a good reflection of the house. The contact with Isa is nice and clear, both in person and via email. During the viewing we saw a number of things that still needed to be fixed, at the time of the key handover each of these points had been addressed. Even after the key handover, the contact is clear and quick and real thought is given instead of looking for the cheapest solution. We are happy with a manager like KamerRaad!

I actually never share my experiences in a review, but sometimes a person has to make an exception. It's extremely stressful when your campus contract's expiration date is approaching, and I'm glad to say that I managed to get through it thanks to KamerRaad! You can easily pop by (just a small 5 minutes from the station) to indicate where you're looking for and they really put themselves in your shoes. Within three viewings I found exactly what I wanted: a nice studio in the middle of the city at an affordable price. Not only me, but also multiple people around me were able to find a nice home in the same way very quickly. Definitely a recommendation!

The agency is very efficient (I was especially impressed by the speed and professionalism of Sammy, the agent from the agency I had contact with). The way in which the rental agreement is drawn up is very serious and the documents they provide you with are extremely clear (and in English, if you're international). The side effect of this is the price of the commission fees, which was a bit higher than I had expected. But well, that's how real estate agencies work in the Netherlands.
