0 sterren als dat mogelijk was, dit was echt een grote teleurstelling. Onze ervaring met dit verhuurbedrijf was buitengewoon teleurstellend en voldeed absoluut niet aan onze professionele normen. Na een aanzienlijk bedrag vooraf te hebben betaald, kregen we toegang tot de woning en troffen we deze aan in een staat die naar onze mening niet voldeed aan de basiseisen op het gebied van veiligheid, netheid en bewoonbaarheid. De hoeveelheid en de ernst van de problemen maakten het voor ons onmogelijk om de huur voort te zetten. We hebben deze problemen direct aangekaart en geprobeerd de overeenkomst te ontbinden. Ondanks de tussenkomst van een mediator was de reactie die we kregen, naar onze ervaring, afwijzend en oncoöperatief. Het proces was onnodig moeilijk en slechts een beperkt deel van het betaalde bedrag werd terugbetaald, terwijl we de woning nooit hebben gebruikt, alleen om schoon te maken. Op basis van onze ervaring raden we potentiële huurders ten zeerste aan voorzichtig te zijn: inspecteer elke woning grondig voordat u betaalt, zorg ervoor dat alle afspraken en voorwaarden duidelijk zijn vastgelegd en wees volledig op de hoogte van uw rechten. Deze recensie is gebaseerd op onze persoonlijke ervaring en is bedoeld om anderen te informeren en te waarschuwen.

For several years now, we have been experiencing issues with tenants of a building on the Delftsekade in Leidschendam. This is a property owned by De Regenbogen. Locally, this building is called 'The Polish hotel' because it is inhabited by Polish seasonal workers. Nightly escapades involving lots of beer and violence result in violent situations. Nightly visits from prostitutes and cannabis use have meant that residents have been suffering from poor sleep for years. Because De Regenbogen points to the tenant (Intrixo, the employment agency that provides work in combination with housing) and the tenant points back to De Regenbogen, they cleverly shift the complaints away from themselves for years. Meanwhile, we as residents are desperate.

For about ten years, we residents have been experiencing problems with 'Het Polen Hotel' on Delftsekade in Leidschendam. Intimidations, threats etc.. from Polish residents who work in Westland and rent the building from De Regenbogen Groep. Direct residents no longer dare to go out on the street in the evening. For years, various parties have remained silent about who the real owner of the building is. In the meantime, we residents have come together and found out that De Regenbogen Groep is the owner. From that moment on, we have been taking action via the various VVe's. Unfortunately, De Regenbogen Groep is not cooperating with this. I can understand that too because if I look at what the potential rental income could be, I understand that they would rather sweep the nuisance under the rug. Don't wake sleeping dogs. In the meantime, we count approximately 25 Polish tenants while, in my opinion, there should only be 10 tenants in the building. So calculate your profit.

A warned person counts for two! For several weeks, we have been working with local residents to expose the state of affairs regarding rental/leasing by this party. According to our lawyer, it is going to be a very difficult story because this organization is not affiliated with any industry association such as NVM or Vastgoedpro/VBO, we were informed. A dispute or mediation in this long-running issue is in no way possible. The absence of General Terms and Conditions on their website also makes this case more difficult. Therefore, think carefully before entering into an agreement with this party!

A very disappointing experience with them. My concerns as a tenant were not taken seriously and after investigation it turned out that I paid far too much rent. I strongly advise against renting a property from them.

We rented our first house through Regenbogen as soon as we moved to the Netherlands and we wholeheartedly recommend them. A super professional and helpful real estate agency.

Although I ultimately did not rent an apartment through them (I found a property through another real estate agent), I still have to compliment them for their excellent, friendly service. After I had responded online, they called me to schedule a viewing and called me again an hour in advance to confirm it. I had a private viewing (so there were no other people present when I went to view the apartment) and the two colleagues from the real estate office who showed me around were very friendly and gave me information about the rental terms. Definitely a recommendation, the friendliest service I have experienced from a real estate agent so far! :)

Last May 2021, rented a house from Regenbogen Beheer after a relationship breakup. Within a month we had a small house. Email contact works great. Everything is handled quickly. Rented for a year and everything was top notch. Deposit was quickly returned after something else happened. Hats off to Van Lochem and Regenbogen Beheer, top company.

Ik heb een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad met CMT Real Estate. Ze hebben mijn vriend opgelicht door zijn aanbetaling af te pakken en gedroegen zich uiterst onprofessioneel tegenover hem. Ik zou niemand aanraden om met dit bedrijf in zee te gaan. Ze lijken geen respect te hebben voor de wet of voor hun klanten, en ik raad iedereen die overweegt hun diensten te gebruiken aan om zeer voorzichtig te zijn.

Een fantastische selectie woningen en de man die de rondleiding gaf (Jesse) was erg behulpzaam, zelfs buiten kantooruren.

Zeer onprofessioneel bedrijf. Het is erg moeilijk om reparaties te laten uitvoeren als je in een van hun beheerde huurappartementen woont. Vijf maanden na het verlaten van de huurwoning is de borg nog steeds niet teruggestort (contractueel had dit binnen twee maanden moeten gebeuren). Zeer onprofessioneel beheerd bedrijf. Wees voorzichtig als u overweegt om te huren bij een van hun beheerde appartementen.

REN WEG! Ze zijn erg onprofessioneel EN het zijn oplichters. Ik heb een appartement bij hen gehuurd en heb mijn borg nooit teruggekregen. € 1000. Ik was toen student en ik kan je vertellen dat dat veel geld voor me was. Bovendien organiseerden ze, terwijl ik het appartement huurde, bezichtigingen zonder het me te vertellen en kwamen ze gewoon met hun eigen sleutels naar binnen. Soms was ik erbij, soms niet... Dus als je advies wilt, zoek dan een echt makelaarskantoor dat je niet oplicht.

Very unimpressed and must work quickly on their customer focused work. They show total no interest's and ask questions that have nothing to do with renting a property.

Very bad experience with communication and reliability. I showed serious interest in a business unit at ROBSWAART Bedrijfshuisvesting B.V., but the communication was outright dramatic. Getting telephone contact was almost impossible: I was put on hold for a week and always got the same automated message with “Can I call you back?”, without ever being called back. Moreover, making appointments was particularly difficult. Despite the fact that I immediately indicated that I would like to rent the unit and I was clearly earlier than other interested parties, they subsequently had conversations with another party. As a result, I never got a fair chance, while I was clearly and seriously from day one. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Based on this experience, I can absolutely not recommend this company.

I am really very disappointed in the way this company treats customers. From the beginning, communication was unclear and unprofessional. Appointments were not kept, and I had to constantly follow up myself. Whatever you ask or need – you get no proper response. They don't seem interested at all in customer satisfaction, only in bringing money in. If this is supposed to represent “service,” then I don’t understand how they even have customers. I rented an apartment from Sonar for 5 years. The lease agreement included the costs for water, gas and TV. Multiple times they tried to find out information about my electricity consumption in order to adjust the usage. The clearest answer I received was that I had stayed within my limit of €150 that month, the amount assigned in my contract to gas, TV, etc. Shortly after I received a bill of €2000 that had to be paid within 14 days, otherwise... With an 'extra service costs' of €350 from Sonar you would even expect a greater effort or at least better communication to be able to determine more accurately how the electricity consumption could be adjusted. Upon moving out, the full deposit was withheld again, this time for electricity costs (and cleaning). No official invoice (i.e. no invoice number or letterhead from the energy supplier, etc.), only a typed letter from Sonar stating that the deposit was withheld and the additional amount I had to pay. Regarding cleaning, I had even insisted that one of the staff members would come by for an inspection to see what normal wear and tear was and what I could still do at the last minute to save on cleaning costs. This happened after some resistance had arisen via emails about carrying out the inspection together with me. Key points from my experience: - Fast and easy rental agreement. - The (then) €350 in extra service costs are not worth the money. - Although short-term renters may have more positive experiences, long-term renters should be cautious. - Although customer service is somewhat close to what is legally required, it seems like a rarity.

Always pleasant people to work with. I moved to the Netherlands during the pandemic and initially rented a studio from Sonar. Eventually, I was upgraded to a one-room apartment and now own a home with them. Throughout my stay in all the homes, the people of Sonar have helped me enormously. I am happy that I met Aida and Arjan, who are always available by phone and ready to help. If something was wrong with the property, they immediately investigated it.

As various others also write: do not do business with Sonar Apartments. They don't resolve issues in the property (I barely had warm water for 2 years in a completely renovated home), they act as if they are unaware of existing problems, they come with appointments that weren't made with each other, and they don't adhere to the deposit payment term. When you address them about it here, they come up with arguments about what they would have done. For example, that they looked for a new parking space (x streets away), while I was supposed to rent including the parking area and had to point this out to them afterwards because I heard from neighbors that the parking place wasn't included. Also, their handyman just entered the property, while I had agreed that I would not approve this without an appointment. I could go on for a while, but hope that this is enough reason for others not to enter into contractual agreements with Sonar. If you have also experienced this, please write it in a Google review as well.

Very beautiful location and tasty food and what a view

Ik raad dit bureau niet aan als je voor langere tijd wilt verblijven. Ik heb bijna 4 jaar in een 2-kamerappartement gewoond. In hun advertentie stond niets over het energielabel van de woning en over de ramen, die enkel glas hadden. Hierdoor heb ik veel te hoge energiekosten betaald en uiteindelijk hebben ze mijn volledige borg ingehouden onder het mom van extra energiekosten en schoonmaakkosten. Bovendien wil Sonar na 4 jaar het appartement terug in de staat waarin het zich 4 jaar geleden bevond. We hebben het appartement zelf schoongemaakt, maar er was toch nog wat vuil omdat we niet onder de bank konden schoonmaken, die te zwaar was om te verplaatsen. Daarom willen ze de helft van mijn borg inhouden en de rest voor schoonmaak. Ik ben zeer ontevreden over hoe ze dit hebben aangepakt.

Be very careful of this agency, if you deal with Sonar as an apartment owner. I had major damages to my apartment from one of their clients, and after we confronted Sonar they were very aggressive and just didn't care. They don't care about other people's properties and they believe their own lies. Stay clear from Sonar!! Be careful of this agency if you are an owner and want to rent out your house via Sonar. We had incredible damage from a tenant we obtained through Sonar. These 'people' have no respect for other people's belongings or home. Very aggressive in dealing with them, and PLEASE think twice before entering into a contract with them!! We suffered a lot of damage here that was never reimbursed! ;

I had a fantastic experience with this property management company. There were various issues in the beginning and middle of my two-year rental contract for the apartment we live in. Our property manager dealt with each problem efficiently, professionally and impartially, both for the owner and the tenant, exactly as it should be. To the company that delivered our accommodation dirty and foul, and then charged us for cleaning after we left, while we left it cleaner than when we found it. The wifi in the accommodation was bad and nothing was done about it after multiple times asking for improvement.

Dramatic experience with Tweelwonen; if possible, definitely don't rent from them! We had a year of problems with the wifi, where responses to most emails only came after weeks and many reminders, and additionally every time it was said that a technician would come by, which we never saw. Upon handing over the house, everything was covered in dust, there were still belongings of the previous residents left in the house that we had to clean up ourselves, and we had to perform some repairs ourselves to make the house habitable (e.g., the loose handrail). In addition, during our rental period, we provided the property with more amenities at our own expense (e.g., installed an extractor hood, installed a new shower, and made a connection for a dishwasher in the kitchen), which Tweel subsequently obliged us to leave as is, but did not want to pay for. When we terminated our lease, we had a final inspection, and the condition of the house was clearly in much better condition than upon handover. In addition to the aforementioned upgrades, we did hand over the house clean, like normal people. Tweel still dares to deduct almost €90 from the deposit for so-called 'cleaning costs', while they couldn't do this before we moved into the apartment. I have emailed about this several times, but now simply receive no response. Easy way to make money like that. Tweelwonen, the rogues of real estate brokerage. Really never, but really never do business with them!

Since my rental property was sold and now managed by Tweelwonen, there's been nothing but trouble. I rent my home based on an inclusive contract. Now that Tweel can’t pass on the increased costs to the tenants in the building, they have decided to turn off the thermostat during the day. To the question of how this will work in winter when temperatures really drop, you simply get no answer because it apparently takes too much effort. Everything disappears behind locked doors and the only thing Tweelwonen is good at is sending admonishing Emails with rules and restrictions. DO NOT RENT FROM TWEEL.
