Terrible experience with this company. They are disorganized and rude. They also don't respond when you make an offer (12% above the asking price), which is downright unprofessional. As a seller, I would avoid them like the plague.

His 'first time right' approach took a bit longer but paid off immediately in one go; lots of viewings, many offers and a great selling price.
