A terrible experience. First, I was assigned a new employee without proper guidance, while I had much more knowledge of the market and the possibilities to make an attractive offer than he did. After I asked for someone with more experience, I got a twentysomething, Mitchell Jansen, who did not answer my phone calls and only wanted to communicate via WhatsApp. This young man also went abroad for vacation, without informing me, in the middle of my search for a house. Eventually, I managed to speak with the director, Jeffrey Stoffels. He ignored my request to add personal letters and only helped me outside of office hours, without giving me enough time during the day. It was really a terrible experience with them. I will absolutely not recommend them.
