Rewie is really an agent out of thousands! From the first contact it felt good! He managed to get the house way below the asking price. Something I honestly thought would be impossible. But Rewie said: “Trust me,” and he just managed to make it happen. During the purchase process, a lot of things went wrong with the selling agent: incorrect information, documents that didn't match and we almost missed a deadline with the lender because of this. Even the ground rent and mandatory agreement were a drama. We really didn't see any way out anymore. Tried to sell my house below market price to an acquaintance. Luckily, he didn't get a loan from the bank so it didn't go through. Afterwards, no more clients. Weak network. Doesn't communicate with the owner, made decisions himself to the disadvantage of the seller. Absolute no-go!

Ik huurde een klein zolderappartement in Den Haag van M. Wessels. Ik geef 5 sterren omdat Wessels goed reageerde, altijd mijn vragen beantwoordde en problemen in het appartement oploste. Hij was open over de huurovereenkomst en vroeg een borg van twee keer de maandhuur, wat veel was, maar dat werd na afloop van de huurperiode terugbetaald. Hij leek eerlijk en betrouwbaar.
