Harold Belderbos is a pragmatist through and through. Expert and gets straight to the point. This way you know what to expect. He guided us well in the purchase and was actually always available.

Belderbos unfortunately isn't a good real estate agent. We sold our house with this agent, thought we had made the right choice but that turned out to be quite different. Messy process beforehand: several times there were errors in the order confirmation to our disadvantage. For example, still trying to add media costs to the assignment while this wasn't the agreement. Late scheduling of appointments: only 2 weeks later was it possible to view the property after the first buyers had reported, because there was 'no space'. Poor negotiation: with the initial offers, pressure was immediately put on agreeing to them and poorly / unclearly communicated about what the offer exactly entailed. Because we remained in the lead, the final result was good but that wasn't without a struggle with the agent. There was no time for signing the agreement, we ultimately arranged that ourselves with the buyers. Ultimately, the conditions under which the last bid was accepted were not properly conveyed to the buyers, leading to trouble until the very last moment. In that case, Harold decided to make choices himself instead of discussing them. A penny saved is a penny earned unfortunately. The price was sharp but the whole process was actually downright bad. My advice is to choose another real estate agent.

Had very nice experiences with Familie Makelaar (Family Real Estate Agent). He lives up to his name and you feel like family. Nothing is too much to arrange everything 100% correctly. Where in previous experiences with other real estate agents I always had to chase everything down to get things arranged, my experience is that Familie Makelaar is proactive and that's a breath of fresh air.

We almost ended up on the street with our family because Pepijn is very careless about the handover and makes all sorts of promises he doesn't keep. When you then want your moving costs back, he immediately sends a lawyer after you without having a discussion.

Absolutely not recommended. However good it may sound, do not start with a capital plan. Agreements are never kept.

Stay away from Capital Plan – pushy and unreliable I strongly advise against doing business with Capital Plan. My experience with this company is particularly bad. They do not keep appointments, communicate vaguely about costs and conditions, and give me absolutely no confidence. I strongly suspect that things are not going according to the rules here. If you don't want to lose your money and trust, I would advise doing very thorough research before doing business with this company. Fortunately, there are plenty of reliable alternatives on the market. There are also clear signals that this company is not acting cleanly. These people only want one thing: your money. Be warned.

What a bad realtor. They don't think along with you when there are problems, they brush everything aside. I wouldn't recommend them.

This is the second time within half a year that I have submitted a bid. Both times I wasn't selected, which is fine, but I haven't received any notification from eerlijkbieden.nl. There is absolutely no good communication with me, Lisa who quickly dismissed me, an uninterested Tristan who was only on his phone during the viewing. Both the system eerlijkbieden.nl and the staff lack professionalism. And if I were you, I would have eerlijkbieden.nl investigated because why do I not receive a result for the second time?! I am going to file a complaint with the NVM.

Difficult contact, appointments with the purchasing party only come extremely late, no answers to easy questions during viewings (energy label, type of neighbors, etc.). A bit nonchalant too, as if you're being strange and it doesn't matter.

If you are looking for a broker who acts honestly and with integrity, you should not come here. The bidding process took place via 'eerlijkbieden.nl'. After the closing of the bidding period, I was called to say that I had the best bid and that they would sell the property to me, so they would draw up a purchase agreement. A day later another phone call with the message that they had still received a bid which was 10k above mine and whether I wanted to increase my bid because of this. First congratulate and then call for a higher bid.. One thing is certain 'fair bidding' is far from being found here.

Simply very well guided during the sale, and able to create a good price. It was a sale that was slightly less easy due to reasons on our side. This was neatly taken into account and acted upon.
