At the beginning it was good, but things didn't run smoothly very quickly. I felt that the realtor wasn't pleasant in guiding [me], in my opinion she was only interested in the first viewers. Those came to view in February and after many stunts, now July 31st will be the signing of the deed.

Very bad experience with HVG Woonpartners, especially due to the way Ruud Crommentuijn deals with the final settlement. Four years of always neatly paid on time, never caused any problems and no need to make any claims against the landlord. And when leaving the property? Smell for thanks. At the final settlement, costs are suddenly passed on without any serious possibility to resolve this yourself. Instead of acting reasonably, they immediately choose to pass on the costs including extra charges. What stands out especially is the attitude: totally no willingness to look at the situation or take responsibility as a landlord. Rigid, one-sided and anything but professional. If this is how HVG deals with decent tenants, that says enough. Absolutely not recommended.
