Ik heb een fijne verhuizing gehad, maar ik begon me zorgen te maken toen problemen die ik vóór de verhuizing had moeten oplossen, niet werden opgelost. Ik had twee grote problemen die in feite een schending van de Nederlandse huurdersrechten vormden en nooit werden opgelost, namelijk een enorme lekkage in het raam die leidde tot waterschade en schimmel. Ik heb het steeds opnieuw gemeld en geen enkele ondersteuning ontvangen. Nu, na mijn verhuizing, beweert Brinkborgh ten onrechte dat ik het appartement niet heb opgeruimd en schoongemaakt en gebruikt deze valse verklaring om mijn borg onrechtmatig in te houden. Ik heb foto's en video's van bewijs en een getuigenis van het schoonmaakbedrijf en het verhuisbedrijf dat ik heb ingehuurd om mijn verhuizing te regelen. Ik heb een gedetailleerde lijst opgevraagd van wat er niet goed was opgeruimd of schoongemaakt, maar ze hebben me genegeerd. Helaas heb ik een advocaat moeten inhuren om een ​​aanmaningsbrief te schrijven en zal ik juridische stappen ondernemen.
