We were guided by Coert from Centraal Makelaardij. After three viewings and two bids, we hit the jackpot: we bought our first house. Coert is a no-nonsense, down-to-earth professional who has helped us excellently through the entire process. In addition, he also carries out valuations and has a good eye for the condition and value of the house and can communicate this well. What you see is what you get – clear, honest and to-the-point.

I advise against working with them. I rented an apartment through their agency and although everything went smoothly during the rental period, the experience at the end was disappointing. They refused to carry out an inspection and said that I should contact the landlord directly to hand over the keys. I also did not receive my full deposit back.

Ultimately, I think that Hofzicht is an organization that wants to solve/address your problem with the best intentions in the world, but often depends on a builder. Because some builders do not/poorly cooperate or respond, it seems as if there's no progress at all. For me personally, it would have been better to be open about certain problems, where they are unable to move forward with the builder. That creates clarity and gives me, as a customer, more of a feeling that our contact person at the real estate agent really wants to bridge the gap between the buyer and the builder. Now it often felt like a 'computer says no'. I also agree with the further comments from As Laan in the other reviews. Hopefully you can do something with this, and I wish you much success in the future.
