Door dit vreselijke en tragische gedrag verloor ik elk vertrouwen, maar toen ik contact opnam met Woonhuis Limburg, veranderde alles. Ramon en Ruben beantwoorden elke vraag die je hebt binnen 24 uur, ze helpen je graag, ze hebben inlevingsvermogen en klantgerichtheid. Ze geven om uw gevoelens en indrukken en doen hun best om snelle en efficiënte feedback te geven. Het hele proces vanaf het begin (eerste contact, afspraak maken) tot het einde (huurovereenkomst, inspectie, verdere vragen) verloopt soepel en duidelijk. Voor ons was het de eerste keer dat wij met dit bedrijf zaken deden met betrekking tot het verhuren van een verblijf. Vanaf de eerste tot en met de laatste melding, handeling of afspraak zijn ze alles keurig netjes op tijd nagekomen. De keuzevrijheid aan wie wij wilden verhuren (3 bezichtingen op 1 dag) liet men volledig en volgens afspraak aan ons over. Ik zal er niet aan twijfelen om een volgende keer weer met hen in zee te gaan.

For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. I still feel guilty about nominating this Bessems realtor regarding the sale of my mother's house in Kanne. Will de Jonge was enormously enthusiastic and really wanted to take charge of this sale. This turned out differently because Will de Jonge suddenly no longer worked for Bessems Realty the week after our commitment. What I find utterly scandalous is that we were never informed about this. Will was our point of contact, would represent us in the sale of my mother's house. Forgotten perhaps? We are not talking about a bag of candy but about a house. A bad start. After this, the entire sale unfolded into one big drama, a chain reaction of very poor communication and many mistakes, too many to mention. All in all, a very stressful experience for everyone, but especially for my 85-year-old mother. I would therefore certainly not recommend this realtor.

Always to my full satisfaction! Both Erik and his colleagues are clear and correct in their communication and demonstrate commitment throughout the entire process.

Would I recommend this broker? No definitely not! I would even strongly advise against this office to anyone who asks for my opinion. This agency was allowed to sell my mother's house in Belgium. Initially, we dealt with broker Wil de Jonge from Bessems agency who really wanted to sell the house for us. Due to his enthusiasm for the assignment, my mother chose Bessems. However, when I went to hand over the keys at the office for the first viewing, I was told that Mr. de Jonge no longer worked for Bessems agency. The agency did not inform us about this and they could not tell me which broker would take over Mr. de Jonge's duties. After some insistence on my part, I received an email address where I could go with my questions. I emailed and am still waiting for a response to this day..... On the day of the viewing, I myself went to wait in the building to see which broker would take on our assignment. From that moment on, Mr. Kornips was our broker but we missed the involvement, advice and expertise you would expect from a broker. And even at the time of transfer with the notary, our broker remained deficient....the energy label had not been forwarded and there was a file missing which we were unaware existed. We had requested prior to the transfer for completeness assessment of the file but also there the broker did not respond. The buyer's notary withheld 5000 euros from the purchase price until we could provide the file. A lot of stress for us and our 85-year-old mother, therefore. And from the broker no recognition for their mistakes, no empathy but a well-deserved generous commission. Even our ability to rate on funda has been blocked by Bessems which makes me wonder how much those laudatory reviews actually mean if you block negative feedback. I say in any case 'brokerage firm Erik Bessems?!' NEVER AGAIN!

In mei 2019 zijn mijn man en ik op zoek gegaan naar een nieuw huis. Per toeval was Corio makelaars het verkopende bedrijf, ingezet voor het eerste pand wat we hebben bezichtigd. Tijdens de bezichtiging raakten we aan de praat met Annet Kleinen, de makelaar die ons rond heeft geleid. Toen ter sprake kwam dat wij onze huidige woning nog moesten verkopen en nog geen makelaar op het oog hadden, heeft zij een vrijblijvende afspraak met ons gemaakt om een waarde bepaling te doen. Annet was ontzettend attent en heeft ons heel goed op weg geholpen met alles wat er geregeld moest worden voor de verkoop. Daarom zijn we graag met Corio makelaars in zee gegaan. De samenwerking liep perfect. Als we vragen hadden, konden we altijd bij Annet terecht en mocht zij niet bereikbaar zijn om welke reden dan ook, konden we onze vragen met een gerust hart bij de backoffice neerleggen. We zijn geen enkele keer ongeholpen gebleven. Wij hebben door het harde werk van zowel het bedrijf, als Annet zelf, ons appartement binnen 2 weken verkocht. Aan alles werd gedacht en wij hebben maar weinig naar alle officiële zaken hoeven omkijken. We zouden dan ook, zowel Corio Makelaars als bedrijf, als Annet Kleinen, aan iedereen aan kunnen bevelen. We hebben met veel makelaars te maken gehad voor we ons droomhuis gevonden hadden, maar Corio Makelaars steekt voor ons met kop en schouders erboven uit.

Ongeduldig en teleurstellend !!. Een dag na de bezichtiging ( De Vaart in Geleen ) heb ik mijn gegevens naar mijn adviseur gestuurd. Reden is om een berekening voor me te maken wat mijn maximale hypotheek mag/zal zijn. Ik werd rond 1330 uur gebeld door de makelaar om een bod uittebrengen. Ik kon op dat moment geen bod uitbrengen omdat ik nog niks van mijn adviseur heb gehoord. Ik had haar gevraagd voor eind van de middag zal ik haar op de hoogte houden. Prima en fijn zei ze. Vraag prijs van het huis was €189 K, gelukkig heb ik het niet gekocht want ik heb een hypotheek van €230 K dat ik mag lenen. Ik koop liever een huis bij een andere makelaar die wel hun klanten te woord staan.
