SCAMMERS!!!! ALERT do not rent from them !! They did not refund the full deposit, even though I left the studio in PERFECT condition! (See photos) Really bad experience, if you need anything, they are nowhere to be found! I will report this to the municipal authorities of Maastricht so that they can take action

Terrible experience!!!!! I had to fight to get the deposit back! And after more than a month, I received less money because they said they had some costs!!! I have proof that the apartment was in perfect condition. I am reporting the agency to the municipality of Maastricht!!! Please believe me, stay away

For a property at Neerhem 77 in Valkenburg, we had a viewing some time ago. Because we had to travel almost 3 hours, I asked beforehand if there were any particulars and whether the condition of maintenance, which was supposedly good according to the realtor's advertisement, was actually the case. The realtor assured us that there were no particulars and that we could come by without worry. Once we arrived, things started badly; the facade as a whole needed renovation with respect to the window frames and plasterwork. When we wanted to go inside, it turned out that the realtor did not have his key with him and had to rush to the office to retrieve it. Once inside, we were amazed by one thing after another. There were cracks throughout the entire property, and contrary to the photos, the whole made a very neglected impression. Almost all doors, ceilings, and plasterwork needed to be addressed or renewed. The realtor also suddenly stated that asbestos was incorporated into the property. In short, for a property which was said to have no particulars and was in good condition, it was a huge disappointment. No apology was ever made for the incorrect information that was provided.

Zwaar teleurgesteld, in 4 mnd is het niet gelukt ook maar 1x terug gebeld te worden. Gebeld, gemaild niks helpt blijf hier weg, zolang je premie betaald en er niks is lijkt het goed te gaan maar schijn bedriegt zodra er wat is zijn ze niet thuis. Gehele pakket opgezegd en ook dit gaat weer fout communicatie is hier kennelijk niet mogelijk je moet alles zelf regelen en dat kan veel beter elders.

Zeer tevreden over de begeleiding en hypotheekaanvraag van ons nieuwe huis. Zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en advies en zorgen dat de zaken geregeld worden.

Ik ben normaliter niet iemand die slechte recensies achter laat maar nu voel ik me hiertoe verplicht om andere mensen veel tijd en ellende te besparen. Wij hebben een kennismakingsgesprek gehad met de financieel adviseur van FinSafe. Dit was een prettig gesprek en ondanks dat wij eigenlijk al voor een andere financieel adviseur hadden gekozen, besloten we n.a.v. deze kennismaking en na het lezen van meerdere goede reviews toch over te stappen naar FinSafe. Nou, hadden we dat maar nooit gedaan! Ik heb nog nooit zo'n barslechte communicatie meegemaakt als in dit bedrijf. Je moet overal zelf achteraan, ze houden je nergens van op de hoogte bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen en tot slot maken ze veel fouten. En dan heb ik het over grove fouten, steeds weer een andere berekening m.b.t. financieringsruimte, telkens weer een andere uitkomst. Verkeerd ingevoerde gegevens, zelfs een totaal ander adres invoeren! Wij ontvingen een hypotheekvoorstel voor een huis welke wij helemaal niet hadden aangekocht. Uiteindelijk zelf hiervoor contact opgenomen mrt de hypotheekverstrekker om deze fout op te sporen!! Er was sprake van een verwisseling in gegevens, simpelweg een datalek! Daarnaast spraken de twee betrokken adviseurs elkaar meermaals tegen waardoor je niet wist waar je aan toe was. Wij hadden 8 weken de tijd om de financiering rond te krijgen, dit hebben ze tot 2x toe moeten uitstellen door pure laksheid en onjuist verschafte informatie waardoor alles vertraging opliep. In 1 woord ONPROFESSIONEEL. Deze periode heeft enkel veel stress en tijd gekost. Dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over de persoonlijke aanvaringen met dhr. V. Deze spande de kroon, viel ons op een zeer ongepaste manier aan. Haalde privé aangelegenheden aan als excuus waarom hij zijn werk wederom niet naar behoren had uitgevoerd. Als je hier verder niet meer naar informeerde werd dit je ook nog eens verweten. Nooit namen ze de verantwoordelijkheid voor hun tekortschieten en zeker geen excuses voor de gemaakte fouten en onjuiste bejegening. Uiteindelijk heeft het hele proces ruim 12 weken geduurd en kregen wij 1 week voordat wij onze woning moesten verlaten pas de definitieve goedkeuring. Eind goed, maar zeker niet al goed. Ik kan de mensen maar 1 ding adviseren en dat is om ver, heel ver, weg te blijven van FinSafe. Dit is een zeer beknopte omschrijving van onze ervaring met hun, wij hopen anderen deze les te kunnen besparen.
