WARNING: stay far away from this real estate agent. What a disastrous experience. For a year we had to struggle with their misleading, intimidating and downright dishonest way of working. This real estate agent really does everything to protect the landlord and keep tenants small. Promises were not kept, appointments deliberately twisted, and every attempt at reasonable communication ran into arrogance and contempt. Everything that was in black and white was denied with glass hardness. After a year of misery we were finally able to move out. The property was perfectly handed over, but even then we still got a so-called report with 'noted cleaning and repair work'. A transparent attempt to charge extra costs — without any proof or basis. According to article 7:206 and 7:217 BW, maintenance and repair are the responsibility of the landlord, not the tenant. Such practices are not only scandalous but also legally untenable. Thanks to our lawyer we got every cent back. Do not hesitate for a second to seek legal help if you have to deal with this office. That is the only language they seem to understand. What a shameless organization. Their way of working is manipulative, intimidating and harmful to trust in the rental sector. Be deeply ashamed — companies like this are ruining the housing market.

We bought a property through this real estate agent, after we had agreed on the price with the seller, we went to the notary. There were no keys to the property there and also no viewing was planned with the real estate agent beforehand. When the notary himself called the real estate agent, they said that we should just come and collect the keys. We didn't do that. And so no transfer could take place. At the end of the day I was called by the real estate agent and told that I was rude, while all I had said was that I thought it was a strange way of doing things. Eventually, the day after, 1 key was received from the real estate agent without an apology, no mailbox keys or anything like that. After repeatedly asking, the seller would send the key, in a regular envelope which arrived empty at my home. Again, no service whatsoever from the real estate agent. So now I bought another cylinder myself. But you don't have to count on the service of this real estate agent. After posting this message, I was called by Tim and spoken to very rudely, stating that I should be happy he called in his free time. Well Tim, here’s my applause 👏🏼

Not recommended, they make mistake after mistake. Let mortgage documents lie around, leave documents lying for a week and then deny it, send purchase agreements to other parties, let you run unnecessary risks regarding the terms of sale of your house. They don't congratulate you on buying a house, no apologies for mistakes made, then deny their errors and accuse you of trying to get money out of them, so definitely not professional. They say they aim for a 10, but then shouldn’t hang up when things get difficult. Not customer friendly!!! Given our time constraints, there was no possibility of switching brokers. Otherwise we certainly would have!!!
