Ondanks dat de verkoop van een huis een zakelijk gebeuren is, was het contact met de makelaar heel gemoedelijk. Na elke bezichtiging werden we meteen op de hoogte gebracht. En als we vragen hadden, konden we altijd contact opnemen. Al met al een goede ervaring voor de eerste keer dat we een huis te koop hadden.

Uitstekende service en begeleiding. Op advies van de makelaar was de openings vraagprijs 10% boven de taxatiewaarde. Dit heeft het verkoopproces zeker niet versneld. Dit was te hoog ingeschat. Heb het daarom later bijgesteld.

Hele fijne begeleiding gehad bij verkoop van mijn woning! Snel en duidelijk contact. Zeker aan te raden!

Mijn eerste ervaring met deze makelaar is helaas niet positief, als koper. Er stond een leuke woning te koop op Funda. De advertentie was 9 dagen geleden geplaatst en de woning was nog beschikbaar. Daarom heb ik gebeld voor een bezichtiging, maar helaas bleek de agenda van de makelaar al vol te zijn. Deze week vonden de bezichtigingen plaats en komende vrijdag was de deadline om een bod uit te brengen. Het is vandaag dinsdag. Als je als makelaar geen 15 minuten kunt vrijmaken voor een extra potentiële koper, dan weet ik nu al dat ik mijn eigen woning niet door deze makelaar zou laten verkopen. Je weet tenslotte niet of ik misschien het hoogste bod zou doen — en daarmee doe je je opdrachtgever (de verkoper) naar mijn mening tekort. Ze waren wel vriendelijk aan de telefoon, vandaar alsnog 2 sterren.

We hebben de start vraagprijs niet kunnen realiseren maar zijn als familie tevreden met de gerealiseerde prijs.

Tot nu toe erg tevreden over de service van Huisportaal. Vanaf het eerste contact wordt er snel en professioneel gereageerd en verloopt alles duidelijk en overzichtelijk. Wat vooral prettig is, is dat er goed wordt meegedacht gedurende het verkoopproces en dat vragen snel worden opgepakt. De combinatie van scherpe tarieven en een moderne aanpak geeft veel vertrouwen. Ga zo door!

Afspraak gemaakt met Huisportaal en geen bevestiging ontvangen. Gebeld of de afspraak kon doorgaan. Ik zou worden teruggebeld. Geen belletje ontvangen. Daarna nog een keer gebeld. Kreeg te horen dat de makelaar druk was, maar hij zou bellen. Hij moet nog bellen. Afspraak is allang verlopen en huis staat niet meer op Funda.🤬 Via Huisportel heb ik wel degelijk via de telefoon doorgekregen dat de makelaar contact met mij zou opnemen. Huisportel moet zelf controleren of de verkoper contact met de belangsteller heeft opgenomen. Als dat niet het geval is dan kan Huisportel weer contact opnemen met de verkoper. Belangsteller heeft namelijk geen telefoonnummer van de verkoper.

Het verkopen van een huis op deze manier was voor mij in het begin best spannend. Het ging om een beleggingswoning op afstand, en juist daarin zijn we uitstekend geadviseerd. Niks was te veel, communicatie was helder en snel, en het resultaat was indrukwekkend: het huis was razendsnel verkocht met een grote hoeveelheid biedingen. Wat ik echt als een groot voordeel heb ervaren, is dat je zelf de regie houdt over het proces. Dit zorgt voor direct en persoonlijk contact met potentiële kopers, en maakt het hele traject transparanter voor alle partijen. Dat is iets wat je bij traditionele makelaars vaak mist. Ik heb meerdere woningen via makelaars verkocht, maar dit concept steekt daar echt bovenuit. Huisportaal stelt absoluut niet teleur. Sterker nog: een tweede woning staat inmiddels alweer via hen in de verkoop en er gaan er zeker nog meer volgen. Tip: neem het Move-account erbij. Dat maakt het online biedproces echt overzichtelijk en soepel. Kortom: twijfel je nog? Gewoon doen. De traditionele makelaar gaat nooit dezelfde kennis, betrokkenheid en passie hebben voor jouw woning als jijzelf en dit voor fractie van de kosten.
